Have been following Puppet Combo for many years and am really happy to finally see their content reach steam. Murder House is horror gold, as per usual with Puppet Combo games.

Truly a very well made, thought out sequel. Outlast 2 has improved in many ways from the first. Including things such as...
- Level design
- Graphics
- AI
- Animations
- Voice acting
BUT, despite having all of these improvments from it's predecessor Outlast, it still is not perfect. The main problem I have with this game is the story. Now, don't get me wrong, the story is very good and well thought out, but tedious to fully understand. You really have to find all these different notes and letters to learn about the story and why certain things are taking place, even more tedious than the last Outlast. After completing the game (which took me about 7 hours) I still was thoroughly confused about some things in the story. But, thanks to google, I was able to easily clear some of my misconceptions about it. Another thing about this game that I find worse than the first Outlast is the overall scares and chase scenes throughout the game. I personally think, overall, that Outlast was scarier than this game. But that could just be due to the fact that I have grown more used to playing horror games. In the end though, I definitely recommend you get this game, if you have already completed the first. It's worth the full 30 bucks in my book.

People complain about it not working, or being severally glitchy, but honestly, I havent had a single problem with it yet. Sure, it may have the same goofy bugs that the original Dead Island had, but it doesnt really degrade the gameplay at all. I was able to pick it up for 3 bucks so I personally think it was worth it. I am quite a die hard Dead Island fan, and I think this is definitely worth the money if you don't have the original, but if you already own the original, i'd recommend waiting for it to go on sale, as there is really no difference gameplay wise.

You could say I quite like this game... Considering i've completed it 3 times on the ps4 and (so far) once on PC. It really is a phenomenal game, i'll definitely be preordering Outlast 2!
