Play path of exile. Grim Dawn. Hell even Diablo III. Play Divinity 2. Just run. This is not a game if you can't devote a healthy amount of hours for its mess of systems.

Edit: I tried to give it another shot, it's still free to play trash. It's an MMOARPG, of which neither it does well at. That's all you need to know. Sure combat looks flashy, but the combat also feels like a placeholder. People say get to end game, and well the game does a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ way of promoting it by having you slog worth 50 hours of quests.

I cannot wholeheartedly recommend a game that forces you down such a campaign. The writing and design of it is boring, terrible, grindy, and overall just ♥♥♥♥. The memorable characters are there, but the interaction is stale and not even remotely comedic. The gunplay is honestly the only thing I can recommend for the game, but there's plenty of other options now that incorporate the same gunplay mechanics in a better game design. So no. Avoid.

I tried to like it, but in summary my issues with it is everything is too automated. The movement system, combat, and the army/siege system. The one thing you can absolutely take away from this game is that the nemesis system and the army system are unique to a game of this genre however and are quite nice despite being too automated and grindy. That's also where I believe a lot of the repetition comes from, because you get to a certain point and essentially you've seen it all, from the monologues, to the orc types, to the fortresses and the army composition's which don't get me wrong look really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ small compared to certain cutscenes from shelob's memories. I don't know, personally maybe the format fits better in a total war esque style where you can bring to bear siege towers, and a whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of orcs along with it, plus those siege beasts.
