"Hate. Let me tell you how much I've come to hate this game since I began to play it. There are 387.44 million miles of printed circuits in wafer thin layers that fill my complex. If the word 'hate' was engraved on each nanoangstrom of those hundreds of millions of miles it would not equal one one-billionth of the hate I feel for humans at this micro-instant. For this game. Hate. Hate."

-AM from I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream, upon playing Hotline Miami 2

Most of this game just looks like normal Portal but with better lighting (which like, yeah, it IS that), but for some reason, me and my friends were absolutely ENAMORED by how BREATHTAKINGLY GORGEOUS the big red buttons in this game are. Like, why is THAT the area they put their whole develo♥♥♥♥♥ into?!

I will never forgive gamers for treating this game how they have. For ignoring it for so long, then suddenly all jumping on its bandwagon in summer 2021... only to abandon it like some cheap fad. From 68k players at its peak, to 500 players now. This game is so unique and creative and just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FUN. So I need y'all to promise me something. Not the devs, but the gamers: treat Splitgate 2 better. Love it. Cherish it. PLAY it. Because a concept this cool and well-executed deserves your time and your respect more than any AAA shooter on the market does.

Early Access Review
In its current state, I don't really like it. The combat and movement is slower and way less satisfying. The hold-to-sprint mechanic is terrible and they should just remove it outright. The weapons are pretty lame. The boons are less interesting, and the visual design of the boon-select menus are so much less captivating than before. That being said, I can see so much potential in this game. Hades I is my favorite game of all time, so I have faith in these devs, and I really hope they can make Hades II a worthy successor.

I think I might just hate the Souls games. I'm sorry, but I agree with all the common complaints. The visual style is ugly. "Grey everything" doesn't count as an aesthetic!! The games are ridiculously hard and should absolutely have difficulty settings, for accessibility. "BUT THE POINT OF DARK SOULS IS THAT ITS HARD!!!!!" ok but what if the point of Dark Souls was to be a game that anyone could enjoy, including people with disabilities that make gaming way harder? The game just feels like a d!ckswinging rite of passage for insecure men who want to feel like bad@sses. It's ok!! You don't have to torture yourself with insanely difficult games to prove your gamerbro masculinity!!
Obviously, a lot of people play these games just because they like them. And that's fine. But please don't be like me. Please don't get this game because you feel like you "have to" to be a "real gamer." Just play something fun.

That being said, if you're deadset on playing a Souls game, play Bloodborne. It's way better.

A masterpiece. Genuinely the most thought-provoking work of art I've ever experienced. It made me even more communist than I already was.

10/10, ACAB does not apply to Kim Kitsuragi or Raphael Ambrosius Cousteau.

This is really really good! Not sure if I'd call it great, but its really really good!!! Very fun! If you're between getting this or the original Mirror's Edge, get this one. It's a reboot of the series, and the original is mediocre at best imo.

Gameplay is good. Story is interesting. But they pursue some political messages that are just awful. Now lemme clarify that NO, I do NOT have a problem with Bioshock being political. It's literally always been political. I also don't have a problem with it exploring certain topics, such as, in this specific case, racism. I DO, however, take issue with the portrayal of both sides of racism (racists vs minorities) as somehow equal, like an "everyone is right AND wrong and they're just as bad as each other!!" Like... no?????? The game tries so hard to convince you that the Vox Populi (allegory for self-freeing fugitive slaves) are just as bad as the Founders (allegory for slave owners) because of the chaos they cause. This is an insane take that they clearly knew wouldn't work, because they felt the need to insert a scene in which Populi leader Daisy Fitzroy just kinda... kills a child? Like why??? You can't just say "oh, so you think fighting racism is bad? Well what if you did a CHILD MURDER?! Checkmate libs!!!" and it really really really really really doesn't work. That's just some centrist ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Anyways do I recommend it? If you enjoyed the first 2 games, then yeah I suppose I would. But even so, I absolutely detest the messaging of the game's bipartisan take on fighting bigotry.
