Who Are We?
We are Ru Crypto Squad (RCS). A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) adapted for the Russian Federation.
We are a community focused on promoting blockchain technologies in the Russian segment.

Why Did We Appear?
Our goals are to spread literacy among the Russian community in the crypto sphere and create a better Russian community.
How do we plan to achieve this?
We have mixed approaches.

Assistance
We help all our members by answering their questions, assisting with transactions, providing advice on which assets to consider, and explaining potential pitfalls. We explain how to use scans or markets, etc.

Earnings
We don't just talk; we act. Members of our community who are currently active have been able to appreciate advice on drops, crypto calendars, and some insights. Those who paid attention to the advice but also used their own judgment have earned well and continue to multiply their earnings.

Communication
We have our private chat with a wealth of information not available anywhere else, as it is accumulated through the experience of other people. Constantly, transactions take place that do not require human verification, as there is absolute trust in the holder of our token. Also, participants regularly share links to various activities in the crypto sphere. This includes new collection drops, exchange activities, and current news from the crypto universe.

Activities
Both in our official group and in the community chat, various promotions, giveaways, and auctions are regularly held. Some of them are exclusive to RCS members, and the prizes there are truly impressive, while others, in the group, are open to anyone willing to try their luck.

Efirion
To make it even more interesting for participants to delve into the essence of blockchain technologies and the crypto universe, we have created a unique author's world. The story of this world changes with the arrival of new participants and is tied to our main NFT collection with excellent utility. And only with us can you sit in our bar and chat with our wonderful NPC bartender Ashley Sparks, who will gladly listen to you, joke with you, and support you in the lore.

Our Ranking System
As mentioned above, our DAO is adapted for the Russian Federation. So, self-management is autonomous, but we decided to keep a ranking system that allows determining the weight of a participant's voice based on their activities.

Transparency of Relations
Everything is very simple here. Earned assets go towards the development of the community. This includes birthday gifts, currency purchases, or NFTs for conducting activities, payment for freelance support, etc.

In fact, all of the above is only a small part of our capabilities that has been implemented so far because everything is just beginning...

RCS is much more than just NFT . It is intentionally created as a symbol of belonging to the elite, embodying the courage of pioneers in the crypto movement and NFT in Russia. Like an order, it is honorably bestowed on the shoulders of faithful scouts - those who stepped beyond the established world before others. Помощь
Мы помогаем абсолютно нашим участникам отвечая на их вопросы, помогаем с проведением сделок, даем советы к каким активам стоит присмотреться и объясняем где могут быть подводные камни. Объясняем как пользоваться сканом или маркетами и т.п.

Заработок
Мы не говорим, а делаем. Уже те участники нашего сообщества которые входят в состав на данный момент, смогли по достоинству оценить советы на дропы, крипто-календари и какие-то инсайды. Те, кто оказался действительно внимателен к советам, но не забывал думать своей головой, все они неплохо заработали и продолжают преумножать накопления.

Общение
У нас есть свой закрытый чат в котором имеется масса информации нигде более не доступной, поскольку она наработана опытом других людей. В нем постоянно проходят сделки которые не требуют проверки человека, поскольку, к держателю нашего токена абсолютное доверие. Так же, в нем, участники на постоянной основе дают ссылки на различные активности в криптосфере. Это и новые дропы коллекций и активности на биржах и просто актуальные новости из криптовселенной.

Активности
Как в нашей официальной группе, так и в чате сообщества, на постоянной основе проходят различные акции, розыгрыши и аукционы. Некоторые из них - только для членов RCS и призы там действительно впечатляющие, а некоторые, в группе, для всех желающих попытать удачу.

Эфирион
Для того что бы участникам было еще более интересно погружаться в суть блокчейн технологий и криптовселенную, у нас был придуман уникальный авторский мир, история которого изменяется от появления новых участников и к которому привязана наша основная NFT коллекция с отличными утилити. А еще только у нас вы можете посидеть в нашем баре и пообщаться с нашим замечательным NPC-барменом Эшли Спаркс которая с удовольствием вас выслушает, пошутит с вами и поддержит в лоре.

Своя система рангов
Мы уже рассказали выше что наше ДАО адаптировано под РФ. Так что управление само собой автономно, но мы решили оставить некую систему рангов которая позволяет определять вес голоса участника от его активностей.

Прозрачность отношений
Тут все очень просто. Заработанные активы уходят на развитие сообщества. Это подарки на Дни Рождения, покупка валюты или же NFT для проведения активностей, оплата фриланс-поддержки и т.п.

На самом деле все вышеперечисленное лишь малая часть наших возможностей которая реализована уже на данный момент, ведь все только начинается…

RCS - это гораздо больше, чем просто NFT . Это намеренно созданный символ принадлежности к элите, олицетворяющий мужество пионеров криптодвижения и NFT в России.
