1) Ashen Estus is allowed - you're free to restore your Focus Points. This may change on a case-by-case basis! Feel free to chuck a Lloyd's at your opponent.

2) Standard Estus is NOT allowed - if you try to heal via estus during a fight, expect everyone (host included) to gang up on you .

3) Healing via Miracles and Regeneration items - such as the Archdragon Greatshield, the Ring of the Sun Princess and miracles such as Replenishment and Great Heal - is allowed.

4) Average soul level is SL120. Expect to fight people sitting in that level range. You're going to be removed from the match if you are grossly overleveled.
