Not really a lot of high quality bullet hell games on steam at the moment, but more and more Danmaku games have been coming to steam in recent months / years.

Sadly, a lot of ports of old arcade and console games, but now and then you get new, original games in the genre.

Hello! Our game Iwate Mountain Dance is a bullet-hell platformer with a focus on intense, multi-stage boss fights. Think Touhou with platformer movement. Would love for you to check it out, I am sure bullet hell fans will enjoy!

This is definitely a bullet hell/metroidvania game with surprising quality behind it.
