BLOOD Fresh Supply initially had a rough launch, it took a while at the time to have this to be a very good way to play the classic 1997 BLOOD with a fresh coat of paint. Easy to mod with the peak being Death Wish, DOS version added since November 2023, straight forward way to customize Keyboard and Mouse or even on a Controller, Multiplayer and Co-Op ease of access to set up 'n join.

It's now certainly worth the full price of $9.99 (USD) or even better deal for those that wait on Steam Sales. You can't ever go wrong with BLOOD Fresh Supply. It's challenging, big love and theme's of horror, lovely music (both CD and MIDI/Old School), and Caleb the main protagonist of BLOOD is as iconic to me as Duke Nukem, Master Chief, DOOM Guy, and the other greats!

If you feel that this port still isn't for you even after trying it for some there there is plenty of other source ports whether you want more customization, the more authentic experience near to a T, and etc it's simple to get them running while launching it for Steam.

An absolute classic, and a great price compared to other shooters. Especially on sell, this game paints pixels in a more splattery and over the top way than a lot of its contemporaries at that time. It almost feels like a new boomer shooter the way so much of its ahead of its time. There's a lot of powerful and destructive weapons too, so lots of explosions, and blood pixels going everywhere. Its an extremely crazy and over the top shooter much like its siblings duke and shadow warrior. I still think heretic is the best pixel shooter myself, but this would probably be 2nd or 3rd, duke and doom 64 are also great.

Played this game to the end and finished it. Can't recommend it more, especially if you want to see just how advanced and crazy pixel shooters got up to this point. Good history, the enemies are also a lot of fun. May need a walkthrough in some parts cause it does get confusing, but not as bad as duke or shadow warrior. I actually think its the easier of the 3d realms games. For 5$ on sell you can't go wrong with this game, if you are on the fence or looking into other games, give this one a chance its very engaging. Also a lot of dark humor and horror movie nods as well.
