Blood is my favorite fps from this time. I love Doom, Duke Nukem, Half Life, Shadow Warrior, Quake, etc. Blood is just a bit better imo.

I Just did Doom's E1M1, now on to Blood's E1M1.

After playing through the game (on "Lightly Broiled") and upping the difficulty to "Well done" I went on to play with a couple of sourceports (NBlood, NotBlood, Raze) and noticed something odd. The cultists in the remaster seem a lot more deadly than they are in the sourceports, even on the same difficulty. I am not sure why that is, but it feels like they are more accurate with quicker reaction time. Is there anyone with enough experience in Blood that got the same feeling?...

This game is so great. I've played many "old" and "new" style FPS but I always come back to this game. Is anyone like me? What games do you also enjoy with the same style?

On my first years playing Blood I didn't know you could press E to get the Choking Hand out of you. so I just started the level again every time one got me. I was always TERRIFIED of choking hands, if I heard "I'll swallow your soul!" I ran fast as hell. lol...
