Each of the magazines/comics in this collection provides the same perk that will be cumulative for each one that you pick up. The perk for these is that Lockpicking Is Permanently Easier.

Now if you're only missing a few from your collection, but you're not sure which ones you've picked up and which ones you haven't, see the very bottom of the list for a link to help you sort that out and find only the ones you're missing.

I'm generally not huge on game play altering mods, but I rationalize this into the "Quality of Life" mod category for myself to save me the annoyance of the lockpicking mini-game that I really don't enjoy. Which is odd, as I really, really enjoy figuring out the words for Hacking terminals.

Thanks, is it on Nexus or ModDB?

There is a great lockpicking mod out there if you are into that sort of thing, that simply makes it so that if you have the necessary perk to pick a lock, you don't have to play the lock picking game you just turn the tumbler and it opens. If you want a link to it, I can dig it up for you. I'm assuming that since you're looking at Steam guides that you're on a PC and can install mods.

Unfortunately it does not. The only way to advance that stuff from Novice through Master is to spend a perk point on it. These just make it easier to open/pick the locks. My seat of the pants feel from it, is that it slightly windens the "sweet spot" where you can fully rotate the lock without snapping your bobby pin. Hope that helps.

Does collecting all the magazines make up one level in lockpicking? So if I didn't level lockpicking up at all would I be able to open advanced locks?
