I didn’t find the cause of the problem, but after scrolling through your log I found that the "explorer’s table" is actually called a "quest finder". Knowing this, I quickly found it in the spawn command and was able to spawn a fully working explorer’s table (still with the same error, but working).

In your log, something is wrong with the Kikohi.PipeSystem, I guess.
And please tell me are you using a mod - linkable settings?
Edit: you're right, I loaded my save and there really are no commands to spawn the table.
I give up, I'm just going to play without it.
