Game is not full screnn
There is no problem when I first enter the game, but when I enter a settlement or my inventory, the screen switches to window mode and I cannot fix it from the game's settings.

Make sure your game is set to your screens resolution in the settings, then set it to fullscreen

@R4MPZY I set it to the highest resolution, but the window tab appears at the top.
