would be built on provincional level like the bunkers, max level 4 ( because thats a battery )
would function like a rocket base that launches shells instead of rockets
new shells to research with longer range and more damage
able to attack a region like with a nuclear strike but weaker ( one attack takes 20 or 40 shellst or something)
maybe small building cost if you are able to remove the equipment "railway gun" for a building so you kinda build the implacement of the gun and you can build it fast (like 200 building cost but one railway gun is removed from the stockpile
+1 For Biological Weapons.
I would like to see Motorized and/or Mechanized Staff Companys aswell.
I would like to point out, that Staff and NBC support Companys limit the Max Speed of Divisions to 4km/h. Which is not really great in my Opinion. Can you change this aswell?
