There is a small percentage of people who trouble getting it to start, and I have yet to identify what they have in common...

I'm wondering if its a problem with Jake himself...
This freeze was being caused by the Jake "model". When I created my own using appearance numbers it worked fine.
He also was boosted to 53 karma starting (he may or may not stay at that level)
Output_log.txt contain some error messages like :

We wanted to avoid using the props so that people would not need to buy the expansion, but the majority of our fans already have it. (and realistically its worth it MUCH more than Dead Man's Switch)
We announced this elsewhere in the forums but neglected to update this thread with that info. (which I will do now)
