We are hosting a liberation server using this mod and ace, really fun mod and makes talking hostages more easy and accidental shooting of civillans better since they actually survive sometimes

Go to the CBA menu as an administrator and change them. Or just write these parameters into the server parameters.

What do you mean by put?
You need to remove all other medical systems from there. And add medical supplies from the PIR to the permitted inventory.
Where do I put this on a server? Which file to change this? Changing CBA does not work. PIR does not work for the player.
