คำอธิบาย
Adds Secondary Weapon Rocket Launchers, accompanied by Rockets carried in soldiers' Utility Slots. This is a gameplay alternative to Grenade Launchers carried with Grenades.

Currently, there are three tiers of Rocket Launchers, and three tiers of Rockets, with one "four" tier Rocket. There are three "standard explosive" rockets - one for each tier, and seventeen "exotic" rockets with unique gameplay features, spread around various tiers.

FULL LIST OF ROCKETS

Most of the "exotic" rockets are acquired through Proving Ground projects, similarly to Experimental Grenades and Heavy Weapons, and they require high tier Rocket Launchers to fire.

Rocket Launchers are upgraded in the Engineering.

ROCKET LAUNCHERS TECH TREE

Most of the rockets are subject to Rocket Scatter, similar to LW2 Technical's Rockets and my Disposable Rocket Launchers. Scatter gets worse if the soldier has only one action remaining when firing the rocket.

Rocket Launchers can be carried by Grenadiers, LW2 Grenadiers, LW2 Technicals and RPGO Soldiers.
Rockets can be carried in Utility Slots and Grenade-only Slots by all soldiers. Rockets are visually displayed on the soldier's back, so you can easily track the remaining ammunition. Carrying Rockets reduces the soldier's Mobility until the Rocket is fired or Given to another soldier.

Rockets are not a Unique Equip item, so each soldier can freely equip several rockets at a time. Additionally, soldiers can Give rockets to each other, so you create whole rocket crews, where only one soldier has the Rocket Launcher, while others carry the ammunition for it.

Some Rockets need to be Armed before they can be Fired, which creates complex interactions, where you can Arm a Rocket to one soldier, then Give it to another soldier, who can then Fire it right away.

ARM AND GIVE ROCKET INTERACTIONS

WIP STATUS

The mod is mostly complete. There are still a few minor improvements that could be done, and I might add an extra rocket or two. I may also tweak the numbers here and there to ensure everything is balanced.

REQUIREMENTS

X2 WOTC Community Highlander v18.0+ is required.

[WOTC] Open Class Weapon Restrictions is required only if you want mod-added classes to be able to equip Rocket Launchers as a replacement to Grenade Launcher. Or you can configure their XComClassData.ini by hand.

Reward Decks Refresher is required if you will be adding Rocket Launchers to a campaign in progress.

Safe to add mid-campaign, but I don't recommend doing it during a tactical mission just in case.

I'm not sure if any of the DLC is required, but I did use quite a few DLC assets. If you don't have one of the DLCs, and something weird is going on, like missing sounds / particle effects / black materials - that's probably why.

CONFIGURATION

The mod is highly configurable through configuration files located at:
..\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1775963384\Config\
You can find some configuration tips in the ReadMe.txt.

COMPATIBILITY

Should be compatible with almost anything. Requires Mod Jam for compatibility with LWOTC.
Most rockets should be properly affected by Grenade-related perks, such as Heavy Ordnance, Biggest Booms, and Volatile Mix. Many LW2 Rocketeer perks work with my Rocket Launchers as well, including those in RPGO.

Hi, I am running Mod jam LWOTC campaign. I have invested in rocket launcher 2.0 and a plasma rocket. Although ARL shows in list of purchased items, it can't be given to any of my soldiers. Is there a way to fix that please?

No. You'd have to make your own mod for that, you can't edit code without modmaking tools, and config alone isn't enough.

Well, I mean the mod that should has any effect on Technical's perk that I use is "LW2 Classes Perk Pack" which doesn't contained any LW2 classes. And, I don't use any LW2-related classes at all, unless you count the class that has "LW2 Classes and Perks" mod as requirement in which I have quite a few.

Sorry, i'm not really get what you mean to say.

I don't have any LW2 classes though. As I said in previous post, I only use the perk pack that doesn't has any classdata.

So I guess, nope, I didn't use any mod that should be conflict with lw2 classes.

The class that I have problem with are Alpha's Rocketeer and Heavy Ported Back. As it the only two classes in my library that use Rocket Launcher and has perk associated to it(Concussion Rocket, Javelin Rocket, Bunker Buster).
