This thing is an absolute monster. Stock its pretty powerful for sure, but the construction of the internals allows you to pretty much change anything on the ship without compromising conveyor systems. Played on a Faction v Faction PvP server with this beauty after adding some modded items and oh boy was it great.

It's small but very densely packed, and if your server uses shields you're in luck as you will be able to take hits from larger units while "punching up" ;)

love the design. any chance of a "no frills" version suitable for multiplayer server survival construction (ie no 1/2 welded blocks / non fuctional decoration?

I really like the design and look of this ship. I'd like permission to take and change it a bit and possibly use it for a few videos in the future. giving you credit for the design of course.

Nice ship there. The thing I'm curious about though is how you had set up the various ship images into the description with the custom headers. Are they all mostly image files placed within HTML tags, or is it from a different method?

Rexxar's Shipyards (if you haven't used it), is an automated large grid anchored on an asteroid or planet. How I use it is to land/lock a small ship onto the dock (different grid than Rexxar's), project the BP, let the mod beam construct it, and then delete the projection block on the small ship. That unanchors the ship into it's own large grid.

So far your ship is the only one I've had issues with after completion. :S

Not sure. I rebuilt it in the shipyards, removed all permissions from working remotes, and still nothing.

However I did just copy-paste the ship after I did that and it does turn. So perhaps an odd complication with Rexxars and this BP in creative? *shrugs*

@Spacefish Fish Does it say "Auto Pilot Enabled" ? It's a stupid bug that has yet to be fixed.

I'm having the same issue as aeoptimusprime. I built the Encord with Rexxar's Shipyard and even with adding a new gyro system, it doesn't turn or bank. :\

You can make escape pods using merge blocks. T'is what I do.
I love the design on this ship - but I can't help but feel that you could've done a few things differently - and if you're up for it I'd more than love to join you for a collab some time in the future? :D

@Navy920 Yeah I wanted to put a few on there... sadly it would take up too much space and I didn't want to do the rotor conversion :/ Maybe for my next build!

@TheProcrastinator I try to keep 100% of all my builds Vanilla/Mod-free. I do have a few that use rotors, pistons or both (my Mech for example). Thanks! :D

Cool ship! Size wise, i have to agree its to large to be Corvette, It has a Hanger lol
Game wise i would say Heavy Frigate, Destroyer or possiblly a cruiser due to its capital ship firepower.
Real life Corvettes were very small FAST and lightly armed. Think the next class bigger then a PT boat lol
But hey, your ship, carry on.

Oh I get it, I really do. Upping the firepower is always a boon, but... having played Survival myself and built a ship from scratch, I can say, having 3-4 missile turrets and an equal number of gatlings is well enough for a single warship. Much more than that and you're in the territory of, "Build more ships."

Creative mode is fun and all, but play survival and you'll see what I mean. Also, that Energy Shield mod definitely helps, reduce the reliance on heavy armor for the most part. Really gives you the feeling of this is what a lightly armored ship should be capable of doing without fearing about falling apart in two vollies. Even if it only increases the combat lifespan by another 5-6 seconds, that's considerable at the very least.

@Imglidinhere I totally agree with you xD I'm just upping the firepower in gerneral for all my builds. Being as having 3-4 gats is kinda underwhelming for previous builds... Also, it's an assault corvette, so it not only runs away, but persuits on lone targets when in a group... Might have the firepower, than not have it right? :D

Not intended for battle? This thing is NOT intended for battle? Are you kidding me? It's got greater firepower than the current listed destroyer! The burst damage of this ship is enough to potentially cripple another substantially larger warship.

Hardly a corvette class if you ask me. ^_^;

@Imglidinhere Well from my understanding, a 'class' of a ship is a style, form, or shape of a ship that may or may not be used in future generations. Think of it as a car model, like a Honda Civic. So it would be called a [Honda] Civic-Class Sedan. Hopefully that clears up the confusion! :D

@DreamLuna Heres a few things to go over: Make sure ownership is set to you. Check to make sure there is a blueprint in the Mass Gun's Projector. any obstructions? make sure the projection is lined up correctly with the merge block.
