Nice mod, though it only works with regular ark dinos. Dinos from Mods don't get the heals.

Good mod but Ill be using this for The topor effect. The heal does not work on servers that are running with friendly fire turned off. Turning friendly fire on will enable you to heal friendly tribe and dinos again.

can you tell me how i can use the other 3 Ammunitions on the creatures?
At the moment we use only the Pistole and Tranq Ammo and the rest is via engramm override disabled, but even when we tested it via spawn in command and changed the ammo and shoot at the dinos the dinos didnt wake up or get healed.
We set it like that. Did we do something wrong?

This item must be able to do damage to the target in order to issue the healing buff. This means it won't work on servers with friendly fire disabled because they are immune to the the function that actually delivers the buff. The gun doesn't actually DO any damage but it requires the ability to be able to for it to work. It red text with the advisory notes are in place for people that don't modify the defaults although with the overhaul recently the math on 2500 probably no longer stands true given that it works off % of max health by default now rather than a set value.

Is this is for PVP only? We are PVE with friendly fire disabled.

If it CAN be use don PVE with friendly fire disabled, then my next question is: the first EZHeal mod advised using it only on vanilla-type servers with low level dinos/players and discouraged on anything with a greater then 2500 health.

Is that the same with this mod, or does the .ini customization accommodate for that?

We play on an Extinction Core server with a difficulty level of 20. Wild dinos spawn up to 750 and we have many tames now well over 1000+. Naturally we have health figures extremely higher then 2500.

The way the buff is cast to the victim it needs to be able to damage the target (even though it doesn't actually do damage)

As I'm sure you're aware, bPvEDisableFriendlyFire has to be set to false to get this to work. Any chance to get this to work with friendly fire on?

@NarKotix You seem to be a very active and good mod developer...There is a very QoL mod called Ammo pool, Recently it has started causing servers to crash when a turret is destroyed, Dev has said no time to update it...was hoping you could look at something like EZAMMO as your next project, also able to supply tek turrets

Ok so in your game install directory you need to locate a file called gameuseesetting.ini it will probably be in a folder called saved and then config. In not home at the moment but let me know how you go with that I'll give you more information if required

@caughtnow: I wasn't aware of the FF disabled issue but it makes sense as the buff applies to "victim" and actually requires the damage function to apply. So no damage no buff kinda thing.

I'm aware of the blue heal not doing much at the moment. I'm still deciding if I'm going to keep it and give a 2nd option of healing for server owners to configure or remove it completely (Its a legacy item from 1.0 and isn't ini configurable at this stage - Sorry I should have mentioned that)

You could mention somewhere that the heal effect will not work with friendly fire disabled. I turned it off as I hated damaging my dinos when trying to get them unstuck from trees etc - as this game loves to do. Pity this has to be a choice of one or the other.

Also the heal ammo is mixed up. The green one heals for the % (tested on a 43k Theri, cut its life in half, took 2 bullets to fully heal, with the ini set to 0.05). The blue heals for a lot more than 250hp, but significantly less than the green.
