I cannot run it on the server,The log says:No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgWorlds.takistan' .

Has anyone else had an issue in Coop on this where the host and enemy AI are the only ones that can do any damage?

Also, the AI units are not doing anything on their own in either game mode- my squad as well as other units i see are just standing around the base. I see a chat message when i first start and they are saying they are enroute to "sector C" for example, but no units are actually moving.

Sorry but I am new to "high command" and controlling AI. I looked up high command controls though and pressing CTRL+Space doesnt do anything, it remains just as me + the units in my squad just like any other scenario.

I selected "Cog in battle" as well as the other mode and neither mode allows me to do anything differently.. any idea what i'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Love the game, don't care much for this map. Mountians to step and cause troops and vech. to hang up - also ran across some glitches - ie. road mines. I grade it C-. I'll keep the map for now and maybe do some edit work - for now keep trying ever effort is helpful.. TY K-9

@mbrdmn, Hey man, I don't know anyone asked this from you, is there any chance you can add ACE3 version to the DCO and I tried to add ACE3 and it said ACE3 not compatible. Thank you.

This is definitely one of of the coolest scenarios I have played. It's a nice change of pace from your Recon Ops missions, and the added support elements and sector control objectives make it a hell of a lot of fun.

When I load this map it is DRO, not DCO for some reason.

@jnicharmy89 you press ctrl+space then order the squads around like any other unit.

Can't believe I was that stupid... Thanks mbrdmn, your explanation helped and now I don't have to walk 5 clicks to the AO's anymore. Appreciate the help, looking forward to playing a lot more of this!

Mynock - If you select a transport type vehicle as one of your support options in the Team Planning menu you should receive a support command for transportation. I'm using the built in BIS support system which requires a pickup point to be set, then a drop off point once the player is inside the vehicle. That can be a bit confusing though, as you first need to place the pickup point on or near the helicopter's landed position, after which it will consider itself ready to take on troops. I'd definitely like to replace that with a new, simpler system at some point! Hope that helps, let me know!

Faggotron Mk.3 - Yep, enemy air forces are on my list to look into, definitely something this scenario needs to be a proper combined arms mission. I think your idea sounds like the most logical imeplementation, hopefully I can get around to it soon!

Yes team leader as zeus would be a good option. Just in case you need to spawn an empty vehicle of some sort.


Also, maybe an option for "enemy air superiority"? Liike say give it 3 options, "Yes, No and Random". Air superiority would give them access to jets or choppers (CAS specifically) that may or may not do ground attack runs. Make the number random but a small amount like 1 or 2 so its not ridiculous. And maybe have them spawn off map instead of on the ground in the airfield (I feel like this would make it 100 times easier to implement).

Anyway, just some thoughts!

I'm having a lot of trouble getting helicopters to work. I'm using CUP Factions, specifically the Sahrani factions. How do I go about getting the empty support helicopters that spawn at the base to deliver me to the AO? I've been fussing with the high command and the supports menu for a half an hour but the helicopters won't fire up. Is there more documentation or instructions I can find somewhere on how to play this type of mission?

ehy man,all this Dynamic Combat Ops is very good but i think you should put zeus at Team Leader ;)
