Depends on your specs, I'm testing these on a Nvidia geforce GTX 970 at a resolution of 3840x2160, and usually still get great preformance, however if we are talking low end hardware then the answer is OF COURSE, NO SHIT SHERLOCK.

I was also using another mod that adds bumpmapping and other shaders, so don't expect the exact same result.

Yeah, valve loves to never update the graphics on the L4d series, And there was no ak47s that were on default anims that looked good. so i decided to create this faithful 4096x4096 version, mainly using CS:GO's ak47 texture as a template, mixxed with l4d2's texture, mainly for the wood.

I don't know how to model weapons, i can only retexture. and besides i am a slight Vanilla-ist, I rarely use mods that aren't based around the vanilla game.

Hold the fuck up mate, I put a LOT of effort into creating this mod, There might be a mod that is incompatible with this, and infact i'm gonna remove L4d2 Default Weapon Normal Maps Fix from the Required items just incase.

Rescaling the textures then putting it into vtfedit doesn't make it HD

The original texture is 1024x1024, This one is 4096x4096. And no, i did not use any stupid filter or anything, there is actual detail on the texture. and YES, i used part of the CS:GO ak47 texture, but i modified it to make it look good at a 4096x4096 resolution,

I know, but I use the legs mod which doesn't work with models, but I have found probably one of the best m16 reskins I've ever seen which is clean and adds white markings to it like some real ones, if anyone wants to know I'll link it, or just search "white markings"?

Yes, although i don't really use reanimations, i'm a Vanilla-ist, aka these skins are made mainly to feel like the vanilla game without really changing the look too much, while adding lots of detail.

Just get the Globally Offensive M16A2 since it improves the model too.

I'm currently working on the UZI, that one's gonna be a pain in the ass because i can't find many images of UZI's on the internet, nor does CS:GO have a UZI.

Yeah, i got plenty in archives too. they just take a WHILE to upload, although it took me like only an hour to whip this one up, mainly because CS:GO's Ak47 texture is basically just a HD version of L4d2's with some differences, Just had to redo the wood, part of the texture, Probably gonna try and add some more details.
