Default ak47 with MUCH higher detail using CS:GO's Ak47 texture and L4d2's ak47 with some editing.
NOTE: Screenshots at this point are outdated, several parts of the weapon have been improved since I initally took these screenshots.

Depends on your specs, I'm testing these on a Nvidia geforce GTX 970 at a resolution of 3840x2160, and usually still get great preformance, however if we are talking low end hardware then the answer is OF COURSE, NO SHIT SHERLOCK.
