@Rick, this is probably an alternative to having the mod being changed as well. Just make it take a lot of narcotics and whatevre else you want to craft it as.
"PrimalItemConsumable_THC_Child_C" should be the name you are looking for. Havent tried it myself, just going by the mod files. lol

If it's not too much to ask, could you tell me how to make the penalty for using this mod a 100% loss of taming effectiveness? I believe it would balance out the taming. Fast, low level, low resource tames for eggs, with no bonus levels from taming. If you want to get a perfect tame, you wont be able to use this mod and will still have to wait.

We run 39 total mods atm. This is one of them. It has no problems.
If you are using a 3rd party script to install your mods on your server that could be the problem as well. Running this on a server after 242 with 0 issues.
Please, when you remove it, post how to update in a way that even IT ignorants like me can understand;-) And thanks again for the time you spent on teh mod.
I have no issues at all, but after the dino is tamed, the narcotic effect still goes on, putting it back to sleep for ages...is it intended? I don't particularly like it.
Personally I find the cost well balanced, it's annoying enough to make it difficult but not super difficult.

Mod author you are more than welcome to run this with your images if you want to link it.
i mean 1 specific capture for herbivore, specific capsule for carnivore, maybe for fish, a special one for giga ? just in case to add difficulty and differents items to craft according to what we do tame.
