I reconfigured the cost, but after you restart the server when you hover over the item shows the old amount, but once you make any THC Capsule will change to the new amount I had set.
Sometimes it even happens when I just go out from game and again go into it.

A lot of items (like this one) are very unlikely to break even durring big updates. This mod still works and therefore does not need the modders attention,

@Rick, this is probably an alternative to having the mod being changed as well. Just make it take a lot of narcotics and whatevre else you want to craft it as.


"PrimalItemConsumable_THC_Child_C" should be the name you are looking for. Havent tried it myself, just going by the mod files. lol

@super_mario216 can you please tell us how to properly set this argument to increase the cost the thc capsule? The example bellow is for the Stone Hatchet, can you please set it up for the THC capsule?

I want to use this mod but the server i play on is already 5x tame... using the capsule would result in far too easy taming. Very low resource requirement, no need for narcotics, perfect tames, and to top it off, incredibly fast taming speeds.

If it's not too much to ask, could you tell me how to make the penalty for using this mod a 100% loss of taming effectiveness? I believe it would balance out the taming. Fast, low level, low resource tames for eggs, with no bonus levels from taming. If you want to get a perfect tame, you wont be able to use this mod and will still have to wait.

We just used one of these last night. Not sure why you are having problems. Are you sure you deleted it from the /steamapps/workshop/content/346110 folder before resubbing?
We run 39 total mods atm. This is one of them. It has no problems.

I have tried all of that. Everytime I try to load my serve with this mod, the server panel will say that the server is running but doesnt show up on steam. And as soon as I remove the mod, The server works again

Validate your server, replace the mod files, etc. Have you tried the routine for mods?
If you are using a 3rd party script to install your mods on your server that could be the problem as well. Running this on a server after 242 with 0 issues.

How/Can I up the cost of the capsule. Thought it would Costs 50 narcotic, 25 crystal, 10 rare mushroom, 25 rare flower, and 5 Savoroot but it's less than that when I looked in game.

If youre not on a server it should update on its own. You could also unsubcribe and resubcribe, that should force it to update before you start up the game. Plus, I'll change the number to 1.10 so if it still says 1.09 its older.

Stecph: I am most likely going to remove the torpor effect on the capsule. The tame is fast enough where I don't feel like its needed.

great mod, it helps a lot a Singleplayer gamer with not much time like me:-)
I have no issues at all, but after the dino is tamed, the narcotic effect still goes on, putting it back to sleep for ages...is it intended? I don't particularly like it.
Personally I find the cost well balanced, it's annoying enough to make it difficult but not super difficult.

The only thing I can suggest is uninstalling the mod and resubcribing to relearn the engram. I ran another test with just the stack mod and the thc narcotic capsule mod and was able to craft the item.

Would it be possible to have differents level about this Capsule,
i mean 1 specific capture for herbivore, specific capsule for carnivore, maybe for fish, a special one for giga ? just in case to add difficulty and differents items to craft according to what we do tame.

The capsule will take the dinos hunger down to zero and apply a heavy dose of narcotic, and will make them continously eat. If given their appropriate kibble, they will tame extremely fast. This could be a very over powered item if obtained easily. Its more meant to help tame higher level (like a 120 rex or quetzal) dinos in potentially dangerous areas.
