I know it's been a long time since mayan release stuff but is there still a way to get the borneo and mayan/aztec assets?

Hey, when I tried to sync this to my dedicated server, it didn't download, and returned the following errors:
[TF Workshop] Invalid character N in map name
[TF Workshop] Invalid workshop map name 672488532 []
My guess that it's because the N is capitalized. That's dumb that it won't recognize it like that, but do you think you could rename the map file with a lowercase n to fix this issue?

The map seems to be broken. Can't get it to load on my pc or dedicated server either. On dedicated server it spews out into console "Unknown NavArea sub-version number" which tells me that you may have packed this up with pakrat? When it asks if you want to update nav at the end, don't do it. It will cause map being broken. I've encoutered this myself in the past.

When I checked the maps file name in "workshop\content\440\672488532" it was already all lower-case. I copied the map as is to my tf/download/maps folder it ran fine.

I would guess that you saved the map name in hammer as koth_Nakum, or in the map properties in hammer? Its probably worth checking those 2 things, recomiling and reuploading.

Try to Rename the File with a lower case 'n' instead of the 'N' and try launching it again, if it works, I'l update the File :)

To reiterate what others have said, sniper sightline looks really op. Would be cool to see a type of fight for the top of the pyramid

You really need to remove the incredibly long sightline on the Sniper balcony. Even with the trees you put in to block various sight lines, Sniper is good enough on this map as it is without a dedicated spot.

Also, the geometry you use makes it REALLY obvious how heavily this is based on Lakeside.

this dose look alot like another reskin of lakeside. seeing how they access the mid even the full ammo pack is were it is in this map though im seeing it a bit diffrent becase of mid not having barricades and of the new game mode but ether way this looks like a highlander verson of lakeside( keep the good work up)

Take into consideration the distance at which players will encounter each other and assume that they roll out from spawn at exactly the same time. If they're so far away when they encounter that a rocket will do negligible damage then try to modify the map so that they won't encounter each other from such a large distance. Even if it's balanced damage falloff isn't fun. Minimize it.

The point is way too open. I imagine that damage falloff would make it pretty unenjoyable unless you're playing Sniper. Reducing the size of the mid or adding more cover to prevent people from encountering each other at such a large distance would help drastically.

Lakeside had a fairly large mid but the height elevation prevented opposing players from encountering each other until they're reasonably close together. This mid is completely flat, so opposing players will just be shooting 20 dmg rockets from a distance until they finally close the distance.
