But for this, at least, this mod works fine and has caused me no errors.

This mod is great and so is the French sirens one,
May i suggest/idea an "Italian siren mod"? This will greatly emprove the gameplay of italian-themed cities and worlds
Oh, and don't forget to follow the instructions on the description page of AST.
P.S-Anybody who races goats can't be too bad ...

Also "Pond5" website is full of good stuff, search for "metro subway depart" for example, but that's not free so i will consider buying this if the Throak and Acc3s Violation are ok with my "mods modding" thing lol
For now i can't play anymore because of some tram tracks (i wanted to try this thing for once) i can't bulldoze, i can erase the lines, the depot and the stops but the stops tracks remains and i got an error message loop every 17 seconds.. i'm going to make a thread on it because i spent a lot of time on this city and i don't want to restart it.

I've copied and pasted all of this into a file I call Nexus XML101 immediately just in case this gets deleted. Out of appreciation I am going to absorb all this, I am far from computer savvy.
I don't have any ideas about sound effects but I know a couple people in both the movie and television Hollywood efx production circles and an incredible sound engineer so i will ask around. I am going back to LA on 11th of January for a couple weeks so if I don't come up with something by then maybe I'll get some info while out there. In the meantime I'll pop a couple emails or phone calls.

I'm French so i'm working on a (plugin/.xml) wich will add french metro sounds like this :

But like you can imagine, i'll need a pro recording equipement, an undergound and elevated station empty of all users, just me, and a to shut down the nearby traffic.. this is impossible!
I searched into pro sound effects databanks (you have to pay for these ones) and still, nothing! Like no one cares about metros! So if you have any ideas about that i'm all hears.
It adds sounds to some train models IF (and that's a big if) their authors decided to do so.
Some did, like Von Roth and his beautifull trains i'm using as metros (X-60~61~etc) and some didn't in the first place and then added a "compatibility plugin" (a DLL) wich make a link betwean the train itself, composed by a 3D model and a "vehicle_effects.xml" in the same asset folder and the Extra Vehicle Effets mod.

You can hear all the sounds, variations and so on, its beacause the .xml tells "if the train turn radius is like that, then play the "anoying break sound.ogg".
