Even 81 tiles (2) it DOESN'T built-in with unlimited camera.
Unless you unlock all tiles at the very beginning, this mod is still needed.
Woe to those misleading and ambiguous comments down there.
Some comments below seems to think that Toggle it and Hide it do the same thing,..i can tell you that's not what this mod does, Its simply removes a tiny restriction on being able to move the camera away from the border of your city from a certain angle (Vanilla Behaviour) This mod does not do the same as Toggle it and Hide it, which simply hides the border lines, and it does not remove the restriction.
And the horrible train intersection just outside my border ? And the map edge ?
