The AWP is a bolt-action rifle. The R700 is a bolt-action rifle. It replaces the AWP so that it can utilise the bolt. Would be somewhat weird to have a bolt-action rifle be semi-automatic, never once using the bolt, now wouldn't it?
i had the same issue as you my friend, i even tried unsubbing and disabling lots of my addons but the bug was still there, so finally i got so fed up with it that i did a FRESH install of L4D2 (i deleted the game and re-installed it) and made sure to test and see if the regular AWP was on the right side once i subbed to the "CSS Weapon UInlocker" and it was, now this mod right here works fine :D
Why would you want a bolt-action rifle in the semi-auto Hunting Rifle slot?
