Honestly I cant wait for the full release and also the galactic conquest. I'd love to teach the covenant some regret!. Hope that the full campaign comes out soon

@Scorch: Well, thing is I've heard a similar complaint before, from somebody who didn't read the mod description and jumped into a Galactic Conquest game. The mod is only for skirmish right now...so some original star wars units still show up in other modes (the Consortium Grenadier among them). That grenadier unit is indeed super OP because it is balanced for EaW:FoC, not the mod... It was OP and annoying in the base game anyway lol

I should make a survival mode where you fight hordes of either forerunner constructs or flood until you can't fight back anymore... Hmmm...

Reminds me of infinite zergling spawn mods for starcraf.

A NEW BUILD HAS BEEN RELEASED. Please note that development is ongoing and while new or revamped units have been balanced appropriately, past units may remain or become unbalanced as these changes take effect. Each unit in turn will get a visual upgrade and at that time, balance will be adjusted as needed as well, to fit within the new balancing scheme.

That's the issue then. The build pads holograms are technically a type of "shadow" so having graphics on minimum settings like this will disable their visibility. Its not an elegant setup...I will change it.

In game settings everything is set to low

Soft Shadows, Bloom, and heat distortion are disabled..

@343: You must have shaders and shadows set to max or this will happen. I plan to change how build pads display in a future update to remedy this.

building pads are invisible (turrets, mines, bunkers, etc)

hit box for mines have been minimized and moved around
turret pads don't exist but the A.I can still build turrets instantly in original spots.

AI likes to spam air units (can't build turrets)
it seems the AI has a damage boost? player air units die almost instantly. land units can't do enough damage

@EAW addict: Farseer has stated several times that all the Halo mods for EAW have agreed to not work together as they all has separate visions as what they want their mods to be. So... don't hold your breathe on a partnership anytime soon.

the Ground battles are good and the music makes it feel like and actuall halo game

Imagine how cool it would be if you could have Marines and Army Troopers as the base infantry for the UNSC, as well as Spartan teams that come with each tech level, for example tech level 1 gives Project Orion candidates, and tech level 2 gives Spartan II's, etc.

For those of you who want base building like a traditional RTS just drop this into XML/DATA in the SteamApps Halo Campaign Commander folder. It replaces the Hornet and allows you to deploy buildings anywhere you want.

yeah its something on my end I think ive downloaded and deleted the game too many times and I keep putting the folder for the game on different drives to the point it probably gets messed up in trying to load right so hoping I can figure out the issue
