If you zoom in a bit, you can see the grey pixelated artifacts around curvature, especially at the space between the antenna and the helmet. If gets especially pronounced on zoom out, where the grey pixel artifacts surround the entire pawn. I wish I could tell you why this was happening. If you can't figure out a correction for it, I'm sure I'll just get used to it. It's odd that I haven't seen that issue with other armor mods though.
Also for accuracy amounts, the gunlink item in vanilla rimworld has +60% accuracy in CE. Some of your helmets give 4x that amount. Gunlink exists as a risk-reward of not using helmeted protection at all, so I don't think any helmet should give significantly more than the base set by the gunlink. But it is you're mod and it's just my opinion.
Also on a more subjective note, the bonuses to aim accuracy on helmets are intense.
I look forward to this mod being refined. The style and art are fantastic. Thank you for making them.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to test it as my RimWorld takes 20 mins to load lmao
Probably an error with the pathing or file naming in the .xml defs file for the Urban BDU.
