I see that some of the textures have unusual dimensions, but mainly in older game engines like Source it is more appropriate to use power of two resolutions (like 128x128, 256x256, 512x512, 1024x1024, 2048x2048, et cetera) for the sake of optimization, to avoid breaking texture filtering, mipmaps and things like that. If possible could you please adjust them?
