Can we have the option to change at what level can certain items be crafted. I like the concept but at the same time, prefer to be able to craft some things like reverse engineer stuff at mid levels as a way to grind rather than dissembling everything

I've done about 3/4 of the play-throughs with this mod. I love this mod, but I swear the spawn rates for the training kit seem insanely low.

Can be added or removed mid-save? Don't see anyone mentioning that. Would like to remove this mod mid-save if possible and use it only in my singleplayer games as it doesn't fit my mod collection on my server.

I have a suggestion. How about allowing to wire the speakers to a placed radio, with a maximal distance, so the sound can be spread around the speaker as well? It would ideally have to carry the sound from only one speaker/radio at once to avoid duplicate in chat.

That would be very convenient for players using houses with multiple level who would like to listen to a server public channel at all time in all the room of the house.

Can you add a battery charger, like in Better Batteries (this module is a little outdated). Although batteries are not scarce. But I get a little tired of clicking and clicking just to remove batteries from various appliances.:steamsad:

@Luno Lycaon You forgot to add a magazine "LWBetterElectronics.manualtv" to the distro list.

I have books and magazines on normal spawns with daily resets. I have WestPoint Expansion and in that map, there is a library. I went through that and 2 other spots. No magazine spawn in a 5 day raid.

This mod was updated so quickly that I suddenly found a lot of the mod features in my archive had been overwritten. Can you add all the function descriptions and updates of the mod in the description interface or discussion board. This way I don't have to sift through the comments for hints about new features.:steamthumbsup:

The Motor has to be connected with the remote in the in the inventory first - after that it should work.
About the Noisemaker with the Remote: I just looked into that and it seems you found a bug there! I'll fix this in the next version. (It actually should have been learnable from the Remote-Magazine but I forgot to implement it @.@)

I can't seem to rig a door with a remote-door motor. What doors can they work with? I tried them on garage doors (player made), double gates (wooden), and regular doors but I don't see the option to rig the door with the motor. Also, I can't seem to craft the far range noisemaker with remote receiver. i've got lvl 10 in electronics and all the necessary parts, but the option remains red. is there a training mag I need for this?

@cznorton2: - 'gonna look into that, but I won't promise anything. The other mod has some redundancies to this one here as far as I can see, but I don't know how to deal with that yet.

@NaYceR: Jain. x) Also ich hab derzeit eine Version gebastelt die es erlaubt die ID's von Controllern manuell zu ändern sodass es möglich ist. ABER ich gehe davon aus dass du die Fernbedienung danach gern einem zweiten Spieler geben möchtest der dann damit die selbe Tür öffnen kann. ~ das geht leider noch nicht weil ich die Daten für die Türen auf dem Spieler speichere und nicht auf dem Server... Das muss ich noch umbauen...

@Luno Lycaon I periodically backup my game and I looked at the last archive's mod.txt file, a week ago, and I don't see the MOD id at all. I guess I disabled the mod weeks back and didn't realize it. So it is all on me.

@Krilton Strange :0 - I did not edit any of the magazines. I added like 7 recipes for regenerating car-batteries and one for the Air Conditioner but that should not affect the recipes.
Deep Inside the Mod Folder there Should be a Folder called "scripts". Most of the important stuff is there.
If there are four files ("LWBetterElectronics_Items.txt", "LWBetterElectronics_Literatur.txt", "LWBetterElectronics_Models.txt", ""LWBetterElectronics_Recipes.txt") everything should work properly. Maybe it's an Update-Issues again or so- I'm gonna check this out tomorrow on another PC - thanks for reporting. :3

BTW, I even noticed that the "Training Materials > Recipes" don't even have anything related to this mod. IIRC, there was 1 or 2 that was related to upgrading things like noise makers and something else.

@PrincessCrystal<3 Thanks for the suggestion! That was a very nice Idea and fortunately very simple to implement - you can rightlick the devices to wire them to the grid now :3

@ρυмρкєяιησ Well! It's kinda intended. Sorting through two Scraps will always leave you with one scrap and another result, so actually you should loose one scrap each time you do it until you just have one left. I implemented it because much of my recipes depend on the stuff that comes out of this recipe - like amplifiers, wires and receivers, which are usually hard to obtain without dismanteling world- items like radios. The Experience is sorta the little dopamine-bonus you get for free with it... x)

Hello! I've a question, is being able to sort electrical parts loop intendeed? Because I sort the electrical parts and I get other parts that can be dismantled, then get more electrical parts and do a loop and also get a lot of free xp. Besides that, I just love this mod <3

@K1ller - I thought the Alarm spawns very very rarely in Drawers - however I based that on an old version - Gonna make a recipe for it in a future Update.

@ICE Yes - However Magazines and Stuff will only spawn in Areas that were not visitied/ generated yet

@Great_Puffer The beans and the otternoses are just food-items - nothing special - ^^ I used them to debug my first versions of the mod and get a feeling for how new objects and recipes work and for testing the spawning of objects. They are just there because I did not remove them out of nostalgia x)

how do I get the HomeAlarm for the portable house alarm. you cant find it becuse it dosent spawn and you cant craft it

Yeah the game has two different types of wire which almost have the same name in the datafiles... I confused them in the first versions of the mod but actually It should be fixed since the November- Hotfix... But maybe there went something wrong- I'll look into that. Thanks for the response!

Hi, I have been having an issue with this mod, I found out today that for some reason the mod does not register that I have electrical wire, I do have it on me in abundance. I am not sure why this is happening, but wanted to let you know. I have not been able to craft any of the mod items, but can still make non mod electronics.
