It seems to work if you unzip the .civ5mod file manually with 7-zip instead of letting the game unpack it. I recommend anyone having difficulty try that.

Just played with Cuba and I found it really cool.
The Revolucionario is a great unit. Funny also to play against it, as I had to fight them when city states gave them to IA civs. Good job!

Well that's a first, I clicked Subscribe because you're the first to upload a Cuba mod and it crashed my game. Tried it again with the same outcome. Oh well, I commend you actually looking into other leaders unlike most civ modders who use the most commonly known leader for all their mods.
