I'll take a look at updating it sometime soon.
A +1 version of the mod is something I'll consider in the future, recently I haven't played stellaris much except MP and with my work these days, I tend to spend my time playing games rather than writing mods and guides. When I get the urge to do more than maintenance, a +1 version is something I'll do (as well as the absurd uncapping mod).
In the past, the AI was known for spamming machine assembly plants, spawning pools and gene clinics and crashing its economy due to the high weight that these buildings had in AI build orders.
As of now, that has changed, however changing AI build priorities risks seriously breaking the AI and is out of scope for what I would consider this mods purpose.
