no they fixed it completely so the mod does work anymore

you spawn an item and eat it but it doesnt work any more because wildcard somewhat fixed it all of there games used to have the fjordur main menu and the fjordur theme now it is the fjordur main menu for the island and the islands main theme and for other games its there normal main menu and main theme
