I'll be doing lots more on these maps tbh.

For those who don't know where to find the particles_manifest.txt file, you need to head to where you downloaded Garry's Mod on your PC (easily found by right-clicking the game in your Library, click "Properties...", "Local Files" and then "Browse..."). Afterward, go into garrysmod and particles and you'll find the file in there.

Meanwhile, for those who are unable to close doors but would like to, you can use the Extended Properties addon to close them.

some parts of this map gave me horror map vibes so in those parts i got a bit scared but other then that good map!

Indeed we lack Aperture maps. I worked on some back in the day, but never got far. Thank you for this my friend.

My suggestions/thoughts/notes:
#1: Make all props interactable with (i.e. grabbable with the Physgun)
#2: Missing light decal below first light after climbing up ladder
#3: Not all doors can be closed once opened; for example test chamber door leading to parking garage won't close once opened (quite a few normal doors won't close as well)

game.AddParticles( string particleFileName )

The entryway area reminds me a lot of the portal beta stages where you move around the facility

I think some of the doors need to be tweaked. Some of them I can't close once they've been opened.

All portal panels show up as black and white checkerboards.

This map look great, but these lamps on pic. 5 and 6 are overbrighted. You can move light sources further from walls

did you know? ... if you add a particles_manifest.txt to the maps folder of your project any particles listed in that file will be added to the actually/real particles_manifest.txt for everyone who dowanladed it.

I wish more people knew this so it saves me time.
