雪风的议程太难满足了，非常容易跟ai打好关系，第二个议程还经常刷出奇观和伟人。配合雌小鬼语音血压很高

其实没有想象中那么厉害。

后期挂五年计划和理性主义，一座+5学院也就产出不到50科技值（单城）。这时候明石点满技能大概提供额外60-70点科技值——平伽拉大概能提供额外科技文化各30-35点——我认为他们两个总督数值上五五开。
后期全国科技都一千多，反观国际宇航局政策：一个政策卡大概就能加一两百额外科技

嗯，观察的很仔细嘛。

其实我想给12.5（这样升级满了50%科技25%生产力）不过文明给不了小数。
强度的话我自己感觉不如平伽拉和马格努斯。前三个技能属于征服会挺好使，种田根本不用。被动和左三大概是种田最有用的技能。不过平伽拉大前期就能给15%科技15%文化，明石前中期造船厂海港出来之前25%科技12%生产力，基本五五开，后期坐飞天城大概更强一点（但是需要港口）。这个游戏海战做得不怎么实用，海军加成就是为还原人设
我自己打，用明石大概也就前期图一个免费建造者。平加拉前四点收益高于明石；早战的话也许马格努斯砍树造小马也更优势一些，回血被动技尚可（文明早期版本敌方境内也是回10）左三太慢了，不打仗一般中后期才可能点出来。我希望这个强度不是最强总督，但仍有参与游戏的价值，供参考

浏览了一下你的几个 mod，它们太酷了，但我有一个建议，就是对热门 mod 比如和而不同提供显式的支持，以解决可能出现的设计和程序上的冲突，毕竟既然使用了创意工坊，我猜有不少人会装上一堆 mod。

This is actually like the best quality playable civ mod I've ever seen, voiced, music, multiple leaders. Superb mod <3 only thing that could make it better is unique Bulin models, but that's asking a bit much lol! Great work

看了下作者所有制作的mod，原神模组包含了新的游戏内模型，万华镜模组包含了新的领袖模型，pcr模组包含了地理山川的新名称，碧蓝模组包含了一个新的总督，感觉每一个模组都是在进行新的尝试，希望能有一天能玩到完全形态的二次元文明大乱斗吧

but the problem is they all revolve around navy battles and navy battles sucks ass in this game and not many maps support navy battle even
they are pretty decent in cultare and religion victory thought just horrible in domination
