@eons Luna yep, only those entrance buildings can be attached to any "station tracks". The others need a ped network connected to them.

@clus From what I understand then, these won't work with MOM and I would have to use "Entrance Buildings #02" ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2870843227 ) if I wish to use your BM assets with MOM?

These entrances are only being used by Cims when you connect them to a pedestrian network.... thats why they can't work with MOM stations.

The second versions of the entrance buildings use a "different connection technique" and therfore can be used as a way for your Cims to board MOM - station platforms. The downside of those entrances is, that the connection can "snap" to the wrong network, which might cause "flying" cims or a missing connection. But these "issues" can't be changed .... this is how the game works.

Also its important to move them with caution or don't move them at all. Thats what @StayHungryStayFoolish said ... Thanks for your help !

@QuanTom_22 these buildings are working just fine. Make sure that you do not start to move them after placing them since it has a hidden pathway included, which can go wrong if you begin to move the building.

P.S. after some test, by why reason, this entrace works like uderpath with new (only in way citizens entrance old, walk, climb at new, not in reverse, old-old not work too). WTF. Why they ignore station?)

Clus... It actualy broken. I builded it, citizens dont use. I deleted patch to origin etrance to metro, they still dont use only one exysted entrance (this). I added nearby your new, havenot model entrance, and it work (connected all entraces and station together), but, BUT citizens use only your new experimental entarnces. These (left and right) did not work. IDK why, can U fix it? Station is MOM statin (but i not think, this cause problem, cause with new entrances and old patchways it works correct), and i dont know, what can cause it. Maybe some game mechanic changed, thease old entraces (left+right) I literally CANT place without anarcy. New experimental i eazy place without it.
P.S. new entraces have some problem, sitizens teleport to streen not in end point (entrace), but on start point (where we can conect entrace with patchways). Can make screenshots and video. Hope you help me)

Hi. In some cases an anarchy mod is needed in order to build these entrances... I suggest "Network Anarchy" by Quboid.

anyone could post a picture how to build this? i can build this. the object keeps red forever! i downloades all bm dependencies. all paths, all entraces, all stations and i cant build this.

@clus I found no actual case in the past year when Tíny Segments mod would have been needed. That's all.

@StayHungry Sometimes these things work even without the Tiny Segments Mod, but sometimes they don't;).
Why do you think that mod isn t needed anymore ? It clearly solves problems, that aren t beeing solved by the 'base anarchy mod" ... thats why Quboid relased it as a "plug in" for the base mod.

Hello together ... its the same at my end ... the game says "distance to short", but with the help of "Anarchy" I can place these down anyway. There s only one additional idea, which might "fix" it for you ... try the mod "Tiny Segments" ... thats like an "extra plug in" for Anarchy.

When I try to put the entrances somewhere, even with anarchy, it says that the distance is too short. How can I fix this?

@all with placement issues ... sry for that, but I can t change that. :/ those issues are all releated to the game itself. The only solution are anarchy mods, such as "road anarchy 2" and "tiny segments". I can place these buildings just fine with the help of those mods.

Forgive me if I overlooked this, I did not go through the 8 pages of comments, but I can ONLY build these if the game is paused. If the game is unpaused the buildings are red and not placeable. It's not terrible, just thought I'd let you know. Fantastic asset, thank you for uploading!

This is just what I need!!... Almost.

1. It's really too expensive for just an entrance. $15,000 is exactly what a vanilla metro stop costs. $3000 would be more than enough in comparison.

2. If the pre-built tunnel were simply left off, allowing me to build the tunnels exactly where I want them, that would be perfect; just make a dedicated point for attaching the tunnel.Drop the price further to $2000 and it's a deal.

3. if you raised the price of the tunnel section, it would be okay. Currently they are something like $1 per square, which is very low. Regular vanilla paved path underground costs $20 per square so I'd adjust to that level.

4. In case nobody has already mentioned it, the left-hand entrances would be cool too *hehehe*

Really, I so much want this with the fixes above, I'll Paypall you a coffee and a donut to boot.

Sure ... but I didn t put a timestamp on it. I have neither imported the models in to the game yet, nor have I done the thumbs...and on top of that I'd have to build something with them to create some scenes for the ws pictures. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean that in a "rude" tone ;) , but since this here is an unpaid hobby, I really want to decide myself on what I spend my limited time ... hence I'll finish what I want when I want it ;), especially because I really don't like creating thumbnails, importing stuff and creating these ws pages. On the other hand I want all that done properly and in a clean way and for that I need the right mood.....so they'll come eventually but I still don't know when exactly. Now you know what's going on. ;)

May I make a the suggestion again of a version with stairs going down the left side as well as the current right side version? Or maybe one with a split T path that goes both? Just so if we want these on opposite sides of each other we can have the leading to pathway on the same side forming a C shape. Could also make an 'elevator' version? Or heck, one that even acts as a stairway for above ground bridges.

This asset is just so useful for adding in crossing paths in smaller areas where normal bridge paths have trouble fitting, or for those of us who dislike having to make such a long ramp up to the bridge path if we want to stick to something a bit more realistic.

This helped remove so many ugly bridges in my central transport hub... just.... don't ever look below ground... its far more spaghetti like thanks to the default path directions. ^.^;;;;;;;;;

The subway sign is another thing ... that could be changed. I might do an update of these and separate the sign, so that you can enable it via naming the building ... but I'll definitely change that for new uploads.

So ... @both of you regarding the question about the path... sadly that is something that can t be changed in any way. The gam3 isn t designed for something like these buildings and the only way arround those limitations is the "design/construction" here with the attached underground pathway. Without this path you wouldn't be able to connect anything to the buildings ... with the result that nobody would use them. ;) Hence ... these building have to be exactly as they are and btw even that is something the game doesn't really like. :P

Would you be willing to make a version of these with out the subway signs and refs, and with out the extra pathway added under? (or least a left and right side version?) These work great as underground pathways to allow sims to cross busy roads with out need of making bridges spanning across the top.

I ask as though nice, the extra pathway that comes with makes it tricky if I want to just set these across from each other on a road, with out making some curling path to account for the ends directions. Plus well.. the subway signs... guess its just the inner detailer nitpicking about that part.
