Having the same problem as previous. Both clients were updated with only STS With Friends and BaseMod. Still not connecting.

We've both updated to the newest version of our steam clients and all of the workshop mods
Still unable to aquire the versions of the other players; does anyone know another fix?!

For previous, the issue for me was that my steam client was on a different version from my friend's. Make sure you update your steam client, this also affected a ton of other games.

Last night I was playing quite a bit of Spire with Friends and it was working fine. Upon launching the game today with no changes in mods, a little question mark appears next to my friend's name and it won't let us start matches. It says something about verifying files and even though we've searched online, nothing seems to help. Any ideas?
What's weird is that I can play with one friend without the issue but not the other friend and this other friend can play with that one friend too but not with me :(

There needs to be a option in the config to disable halving health if one of you die. Maybe have it half the health for whoever died

There are only two types of modes: one line ends or blackout mode, but I would like to see a mode where three lines are winners.

25 relics don't work, unbased, fix pls

In bingo mode, the 25 relics assignment doesn't trigger correctly. Sometimes it requires 30 or more relics to complete.

When you have Du-Vu Doll and Infusion Bag, and you send your teammate infusions, the curses that you get do not add strength with the Du-Vu Doll, the Du-Vu just doesnt see the Spire With Friends curses as curses in your deck it would seem. Doesn't seem like intended behaviour

this mod has been working 100% reliably for ages, but recently it's disconnecting almost every single game. any advice? :(

A friend and I have been having issues with there being no in-game invite button and the steam invites not doing anything for either of us. Do you have any clue what the problem could be?

Yo Chronometric, my friends and I think it would be interesting to add a spectate mode. We all finish floors at different paces and it'd be nice to be able to watch what people are doing without streaming it. Love the mod :)

looking at it now, the comments do seem a bit bot-like, mainly because I don't know a single person who would use "in conjunction with" instead of just "with"

This mod is super awesome, especially in conjunction with other mods. My friend and I play it together all the time. Recently though, there's been a bug where when we choose our shared relic, they're different.

This mod is awesome, I play with my friend a lot. It is just a little sad that the co-op run doesn't allow one to acces the mod console. It would be a lot of fun to have acces to it, any chance you could allow players to do so?

I was using your mod in conjunction with the Downfall mod and I was having some difficulty with the game. When starting a Downfall Heart run with Neow bonus and no modifiers, the person who is not the lobby host will be unable to go fight Neow, even if they have all of the keys

I appreciate the server support so i dont have to use a third party like himatchi to connect with friends. Its a lot of fun to sabotage people because am bad

I'd really like for the ability to rejoin a lobby after a disconnection. Sometimes my internet drops out of random and then I can't proceed in the game.

Is there gonna be a llockout mode? Siimilar to bingo but you have to try to get the majority tiles and when you get a tile the other one can longer get it

I wish there was an option to not share lives and if that option is on have a resurrect feature. I love getting through an act unscaved for my friend to then die 6 times.

Other then that its close to perfect

This mod has an issue that happens quite a lot it seems. Me and my friend made it to the 2nd act boss, beat it and could not continue to the third phase on a really good run. For troubleshooting:
* We did Level 1 difficulty
* I was playing Silent, she was playing Defect
* After we both beat it, we could claim the relic and it did not let us move onto the next phase
* It was a lobby made with Heart Run and Neow Bonus enabled

Wait ,is there like local co-op in this?

I just want to say I LOVE this mod. It's a brilliant way to play this game while still being able to feel like you're playing with your friends. The only criticism I have is the trading system seems a little lackluster. I've tried TiS and the trading there is so much more open to craziness, I was just wondering if there was any way you could make an option to integrate that sort of a trade function here?

Brilliant mod! I really like the added complexity at the map level and how smooth the multiplayer experience is. My friend are having ago at as20 but our runs are going quite long - is there any possibility of implementing a save or suspension of the game so that you can come back to a shared game? Thank you for making this great mod.

It's simultaneously unusual and impressive that a mod with this quality is on the Steam Workshop of all places, typically mods that incorporate multiplayer require the installation of a completely separate application!
Also, I wish more turn-based strategy games got more cooperative support like this, even if it's not official, I understand why most would find it boring but seeing the concept so unexplored is a shame, wonderful to see an exception for once!

Sorry, what exactly is the point if not simultaneous combat? I literally can only chat and see where the other players are. Seems kinda stupid

TrojanKaisar: Visit the discord! 98% of the lobbies made are private lobbies or lobbies where everyone knows each other - there are actually a couple hundred games a day going but they are not joinable. The discord is the best place to look for groups.

Shiro Nyan: Lockout mode will not be available, sorry. Blackout is the limit here.

Cuerzor: Might be a conflicting mod on your end?, single player works fine here. Also, there's really no point to playing this single player.

famlit: Not sure exactly what you mean, but I everything seeded was done by choice and there are unlikely to be future changes to how they work.

Ba Ba Bi Bu Bu Ba: No, unless you use the Discord connectivity option to matchmaking. Steam servers require you to be 'online' to use Steam matchmaking.

Caffeine, sarahculbs3: Aware of this issue and pecking away at it. There's a hotfix on the discord pinned in the chat.
