@BOT Connor going into the files and removing a line via an XML editor will fix it. The file should be located here "C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2351084803\1.4\defs\HediffDef\archotech_prosthetics.xml"

The problem line is line 872 (the one that says <li Class="HediffCompProperties_SelfHeal" />) just remove it and you should be good to go.

archotech nexus is not working
Tanden22 6 Jun @ 8:43am
if anyone else is annoyed at how often hostiles show up with gear made out of archotech blocks and archostrand, you can change it by going to the xml file (path should look like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2351084803\1.5\Defs\ThingDefs_Items\Items_Archo_Resources.xml") and changing the commonality on both items to whatever works for you (set it to 0 to stop them from spawning)

archotech nexus is removed from my pawns.

@KugelBlitz so i did this but its stioll being removed somehow could it be other mods?
Ignitium 4 May @ 3:44pm
@KugelBlitz ty lad, at least that solving the problem for now.
KugelBlitz 4 May @ 7:32am
For people having the nexus heals itself when installed you can go to the code and remove the hediff that makes the nexus self heal and heal old injuries.
path should look like C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2351084803\1.4\defs\HediffDef\archotech_prosthetics.xml
after that in any code editor ctrl + f search for nexus and remove the self heal
it is a shitty way to fix it but it does the job.
Ignitium 4 May @ 3:52am
i cant seems to install the arhotech nexus on pawn, it always removed and gone from the pawn. I even try to use dev tools to add it via hediff giver and it still the same.

обнови мод пожалуйста до 1.5!
HDnfbp 25 Apr @ 3:35pm
Quick test and it seems to work fine in 1.5
Kazeck 17 Apr @ 9:26am
I know you'll be updating eventually, so I just wanted to say I look forward to it, this mod provides a very fun endgame experience that ironically whilst being very powerful also meshes, imo, with the vanilla lore. Good luck with the work, and thank you Yanzihko!
FireMan 15 Apr @ 4:38am
UPDATE AAAAAAAAAA! I LOVE THIS MOD TOO MUCH T.T

Love your mod, hope you update it
SM 3537 11 Apr @ 10:06pm
1.5 pls

@Kazeck

Have fun! Will also make sure to update my mods to 1.5 :)
Kazeck 16 Mar @ 7:27am
Just wanted to leave a comment saying I adore this mod as a lightweight alternative to Makai/Ambition for super late game stuff.

I especially enjoy doing a start with just enough to a t1 replicator since it's very slow to get more and I get raided, but I also have this cool piece of tech.

Anyways thank you Yanzhiko!
FG_Remastered 11 Mar @ 1:07am
@Achilles: You need one for the bench and one for the analyser. Then you can research all you need to replicate them.
Achilles 10 Mar @ 12:01am
is there a way to craft the archotech library? i eventually got my hands on 2 but after this i can't find any additional one. i accidentally used them for crafting 2 achotech analyzers..
SnugglyPuffs 2 Mar @ 8:57pm
Is there a way to tune the chance of stuffable gear spawning with archotech block material? I'm frequently seeing primitive factions with insanely powerful gear made of archotech block.

@theskypiece
After you install the nexus you need to re-install the mechlink.
TheSkyPiece 13 Dec, 2023 @ 11:41pm
Is it possible to install a new mech link? doing a heavy mechanist run and i'd like the nexus not to be off the table entirely.
Yanzihko  [author] 13 Dec, 2023 @ 11:00pm
@TheSkyPiece

Nexus essentially replaces an entire brain by itself, so this is intended
TheSkyPiece 13 Dec, 2023 @ 8:04am
Hey I love this mod. Just wondering if it is intended that installing the archonexus deletes mechlinks?
SativaH. 9 Nov, 2023 @ 11:36am
neat mod
Siatru 1 Nov, 2023 @ 11:49am
In the end, I just forced an exotic goods trader to trigger and bought another archolibrary
Siatru 1 Nov, 2023 @ 11:04am
I tried it again. Nope, the library isn't recovered.
Siatru 1 Nov, 2023 @ 10:39am
you can do that? I tried disassembling it though... might be just RNG. I'll try that again, thanks.
Yanzihko  [author] 31 Oct, 2023 @ 11:47pm
@Siatru

It is intended. You can always disassemble Archo-analyzer to redeem the library, craft some, and then come back.
Siatru 31 Oct, 2023 @ 10:19pm
really wish the workstation didn't need another archolibrary... or at the very least, could produce another one for the workstation with a more difficult recipe in the fabrication station.
Zydar C. 18 Aug, 2023 @ 11:23am
Not sure if others are experiencing the same, but using this mod in conjunction with Teok's Archotech Expanded results in not being able to craft structures/items from Picomachinery and Attomachinery (derived from Teok's mod)
Dahak 16 Aug, 2023 @ 5:51am
Love the mod! One thing though; the archotech block texture is way too green compared to the other archotech things in game. It should really be more of a yellow green like the weapons you included. The green used here is pretty jarring.
Trip 14 Jun, 2023 @ 5:57pm
where the hell do i get eh archouplink? i always get archolibrary in exotic goods but never once seen the uplink
anaris 9 Jun, 2023 @ 3:48pm
@Kita the archotech stomach makes you immune to food poisoning and multiplies your food usage rate by about 0.01 already
KahirDragoon 20 May, 2023 @ 10:46am
Hi, are you willing to add support for Elite Bionics Framework?
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1665403571

If not i would try to make a patch for it myself.
karcen 15 May, 2023 @ 5:36am
Is there a way or mod to get the nexus implanted into a paen with a mechlink and not lose the mechlink?
KiTA 10 May, 2023 @ 9:53am
You might want to rethink the Archotech Stomach. As it stands it gives 200% part efficiency, which increases digestion, which... doesn't do anything in game I don't think? Maybe makes your rest efficiency go up?

Most other tech stomachs affect the food usage rate (25% with a drawback or 75% without is fairly standard) and/or makes you immune to food poisoning.
Wynaphine 24 Apr, 2023 @ 9:55am
Not sure if it's been previously stated but adding midgame may have an issue. When I removed this mod after trying to add it issue went away. I have a billion mods so not sure if it was a conflict, but adding this mod midgame caused dev console to not work and spawn items mostly wouldn't work, such as spawn with mode (vanish, full refund). I'll have to enjoy this mod on a new save file later :D
HeavyD 22 Apr, 2023 @ 7:13pm
And taking a STIM-X with just the nexus installed boosted the labor speed to 47890%. YMMV honestly
HeavyD 22 Apr, 2023 @ 7:07pm
Can't edit my comments but something seems off with the nexus. Testing this again and after installing two zenith arms at masterwork quality, it dropped the general labor speed to 17261%. Then removing them and putting normal arms back on it went down to 4402%. Then removed everything and installed the same two zenith arms then the nexus it only brought it up to 15898%. Removing everything then installing just the nexus again only boosted it to 4402%. So numbers are not consistent right now
HeavyD 22 Apr, 2023 @ 6:53pm
Lastly, these also unlock a lot easier than the AOC items
HeavyD 22 Apr, 2023 @ 6:46pm
Additionally, when I mouse over their crafting (using dubs menus), it says their General Labor speed is 26411%. And no that is not a typo. That is 5 digits long.

There are other benefits on other parts which I think might be better than the zenith (or at least enigmatic anyway) due to their bonuses. Like the Enigmatic spine is only 300% efficiency whereas the Archotech spine in this one is 200% efficiency with +35% to blood filtration, blood pumping, Breathing, Digestion, manipulation and moving. Or the Archotech liver which is also 200% efficiency with total bleed factor 50% and Immunity gain speed +25%. Mind you also these parts can be affected by crafting quality too if you have that mod as well.
HeavyD 22 Apr, 2023 @ 6:45pm
If you are referring to AOC: Custom Evolved, not sure as don't have that mod enabled. I do however have AOC and AOC: TPOC and can say at least for one of these they WAY out perform I think the full set of enigmatic which would be the ArchoTech Nexus (brain replacement). The Nexus gives 100% efficiency with these bonuses: Pain x10%, Part Efficiency +1000%, total bleed factor 50%, digestion +100%, immunity gain +100%, melee dodge +10, Mood change +40, and all the rest of these give +1000%: Manipulation, moving, blood filtration & pumping, rest rate multiplier, global learning, medical potency, Sharp armor, blunt armor, heat armor and lastly general labor speed. I tested on a pawn which I installed only the nexus and used dev to give the pawn max stats, they finished a 2500 work requirement item with the work bench outside in a matter of seconds on 1x speed.
A V.O.I.D Representative 12 Apr, 2023 @ 4:20pm
can someone say thing. is the zeniths limbs better than this?
HeavyD 28 Mar, 2023 @ 11:08pm
I posted the reason why the blade doesn't work in the bug report section and a "fix" if you want until the author updates it
Soren 28 Mar, 2023 @ 1:24am
Archoblade doesn't seem to be set as a craftable item properly. Crafting skill makes no difference to the speed and it doesn't form the materials into a in-progress craftable item.
m1911 22 Mar, 2023 @ 7:40pm
Is there a reason the Archoblade isn't actually working? I equipped it. It isn't in confliction with any other mods and it's running on V1.4. I can equip it but it doesn't actually attack or do damage.
Gexi_TheHundrdth 10 Mar, 2023 @ 4:37am
Why is there no longer 1.3 version?
