Would be nice to have a lot more similar style home's, this is what I see lots in a bit older parts of cities in Canada and or my town too

This is great. I have been looking for assets to recreate the Broadmoor neighborhood in Shreveport, LA and these will be perfect.

Finally a ranch home on the workshop. Considering how common they are in American cities, I'm suprised theres so few. Thanks for being the first.

I've been dying for ranch houses just like these for my Detroit/Metro build. These look amazing, thank you for your work!!! Would LOVE to see more!!!!

Love the feedback y'all! Hockenheim95 is probably going to release a bigger lot size version of this in the near future as part of BIG Suburbs, if that intrigues. In the meantime, I'll work hard on the second ranch in the series to release ASAP : )

They look nice and this style of home was equally popular in Canada. From Port aux Basques to Port Hardy and Windsor to Whitehorse. :)

Yes! I just moved into one of these (Detroit metro) and it reminded me just how uncommon good ranch assets are. Solid!
