How to change light color?

The custom light box doesn't show up, not edited nor the original empty light box. Anyone can help?

sry ... not planning to make it for other trucks

would this be moddable to other trucks? bin wanting a custom lightbox for ages on my daf xf105. bin having slight difficulties with the vid tutorial also as im very new to skinning and things keep going a little backward, most i got was the custom box to go pink, and that was by accident lol

in alpha channel light effect is when you turn on low light
main texture is when you do a positional light

just that info will help you to control more easy where you wish to be more light effect

if you use only the blue color it is more "safe" to avoid flashing part :)

ofc it is more easy to see that in vid but
if you are advance with Gimp/Adobe
and you are familiar - how to paint directly the Alpha channel
you can control the deepnes of the light effect
but that go too advance talking lol

for best result dont be scary to test till you get best result for you

@SASq I had already watched the video since it's linked in the description. I gave it another two attempts and now it works almost perfectly. There's a small residue (outlines of the horse) still flashing amber - and I believe it is due to color differences on the edges. Just a matter of redoing the paint cleanly now.

just keep only Alpha channel and clear the main texture channel
that must fix your issue with blinkers ... if i remmber well lol

there the light mask is not set and it is posible to act weird :)

i check now the both (red and yellow) version now and for me all look OK

it is make for Renault T ...
i dont think it will match to any of the other truck brands
without need of editing the 3d model

you need to use Blender to make any 3d object you need in game
