Is this mod for exclusively sp? I can get the mod to work on sp by itself easily enough, but not in any way I've tried to host a mp game.

@Black Flag Forge - look at how I made adjustment to the used literature inside the LTS. There is recplace on consumed trigger which can be used to spawn new item into player inventory.

Sorry I missed the reply.

The game hard codes a skill book from removal after reading, so there is no error or just won't. I got a lot of advise from the PZ discord mod channel.

I have no idea how to write a proper hook to check for the skill book being read then removed from local inventory. Tried a few things but have had to throw my hands up, out my reach. I had hoped to turn skill books into skill magazines and make them one time use.

Pardon me. With some more digging, turns out the culprit might be "Improved build menu" since its one of the few other crafting mods I have that for some reason seems to tinker with the torch.
Apologies for the spam, again great mod and I hope you continue to update it.
PS carving a bat saved my tail more than once :D

IYI Кума Лиса IYI - My code does not modify the base blowtorch in any way and its base capacity is indeed 10. I am not 100% positive, but it may be possible to use additional units from a tank.

To the author: One weird question. I love your mod, it is really helpful, but I want to ask if it changes the values on the propane torch? For some reason trying to craft metal furniture the crafting menu says I require 12 units of propane while a torch holds only 10. Is this from your mod since I have very few crafting mods and I am just trying to narrow it down.

@DefbeatCZ I mean there's a tailoring animation in the game that works while you're sitting but the animation of DIY tailoring is an animation of disassembling electronics and it stands the character up even if he's sitting. Not sure about the other animations but I guess they also work that way

Hey man, I wanted to translate your mod to my language but I'm clueless in modmaking so when I went to lua -> shared -> translate -> en and opened the file for items I found only books, nothing about foraging items and others. Could you please tell me where to find the other items?

Found a bug, you can unwillingly scrap favorited items when using the "scrap all" button.

Please separate melee weapons into a different "Scrap Metal" recipe. I tried scrapping small metal sheets, and my crowbar and 2 axes got scrapped before I could notice that something's wrong

@Faeldray - I'll try, though I'm generally pretty swamped with work and what free time I have is limited. Another suggestion: LTS Forge Jar Lid. Use rubber band for the gasket, high metalworking skill requirement.

Also on a side note, some recipes don't seem to recognize favorited items (like the Wlder Mask). Is there a way to set the Scrapping Saw recipes so they won't consume favorited items? Would prevent accidentally scrapping tools and pens you're carrying, which often happens when scrapping in the field if you're not paying attention.

They dont have 3d models, so only a sprite is showing when thrown out of inventory.

Hi ! I've running into an issue. I cannot place any LTS item (like on the ground, or on a table). It wasn't so bad but now I cannot use the distillation equipment. Any idea ? Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I couldn't find anything in the wiki. Thanks a lot to anyone that can help.

Maybe a few QOL additions as well, such as sharpening a stone via knapping, or dulling an already sharpened stone? Example:

You're welcome to use any of the changes I made but don't feel like you're obligated to do that if you're not updating the mod right now.

hey i have something to report which idk if was on purpose but imo it seems a bit weird
lets say for example i catch a 60cm trout with 2800 calories
i slice it into a fillet and cut it into 14 bits of meat which is only 378 calories, is this intended?

@Faeldray - Hi! The mod is released under MIT, there is no need to ask me for anything. About the fixes, I can take a look and possibly merge them into main release if you want.

There is one thing I was eyeing - the crafting by tags, not item IDs which seems like a good way to improve compatibility with other mods.

Hi @DefbeatCZ, I really like this mod and use it pretty heavily in my playthroughs, but due to numerous bugs and tweaks I wanted, I ended up forking your Github repo and making my own changes/bug fixes. Since I've been using it on a private server, I also published it on the workshop (https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3051800131) . I realize now that I should have asked your permission first, so I apologize for that. If you want me to take it down, I can do that immediately. And if you want the fixes I made to add to your mod, I can provide those as well.

Je to tak, vetsina toho co je v LTS by mela byt v zakladni hre. Dejme devum cas a treba b42 konecne prinese svoje ovoce :)
Co se nauceni tyka - vetsina veci se da modovat primo z lua skriptu. To je de facto skript interface pro jazyk Java. Upravy bych asi prirovnal zmenav v konfiguraci - mas tabulky a do nich pridavas nebo ubiras veci, pripadne nastavis jinak co se stane kdyz trigger x. Pak muzes delat mody kdy pises primo dalsi instance objektu, ale ty treba pro LTS nejsou vubec potreba. Mrkni na LTS git, udelej si kopii a zacni, je to easy :)

Thank you for answer! So I think I'm good as I settled in West Point in Twiggi's close to gun store and my fermenting pot is in close by Gigamart. I'm moving around this area. Mostly for now in the city itself.

Tak mě napadá, kde jsi se naučil/a dělat módy pro tuto hru? Momentálně studuji Game Design and Development a udělat nějaký mód pro tuto hru by byl skvělý přírůstek do znalostí. :-)

Any chance to implement sandbox options to turn on/off parts of the mod, or split the different features into multiple smaller mods for people to have more customization control? Very cool mod, but definitely has too many functionalities and interactions combined into one mod, making some interactions interfering/not compatible with other mods. For example, car repair mechanics, loot adjustments, etc touches a very wide range of features.

Active chunk is a part of the PZ map that is loaded into memory and is being activelly simulated by the game. Other parts are not active to save on resources. You can see it when generators stop running without players around and so on. Best way to store any progressing items from LTS inside container within a loaded chunk. So put it into box and be around.

And yes, I am from Czechia :)

How do you get quicklime? I found some stone from foraging but I can only smash those which only gives me small stone
