Is Soul's mod causing issues with this one? I use my Revisited SFO version so I only did a quick testing on this one to see that it works.
You do need Soul's mod but this mod should do all the updating that Soul's mod requires - just for SFO specifications instead of vanilla.
The mods do two slightly different things, and don't need to be used together. You have a choice to make, and the choice determines what mods you need.
If you only want to see the officers that were in Soul's All Faction Officers Revival, you only need to have these mods:
SFO: Grimhammer II + Soul's All Faction Officers Revival + Soul's All Faction Officers Revival SFO: GH2 Compatibility Patch - Resurrected!
If you want even more officer variation but a different style (check screenshots here ), you should use these mods:
SFO: Grimhammer II + Soul's All Faction Officers Revival + All Faction Officers Revisited - an ihKu Submod + All Faction Officers Revisited - SFO Compatibility Submod
Not enough ratings
All Faction Officers Revisited - SFO Compatibility Submod is this all i need ?
It's always nice when you get to build some personal narratives in your campaign, and reap that sweet sweet vengeance!
Haha, I didn't touch those!
It's the big Black Friday bonus! Double the health for the price of intended health!
There's really not going to be double health. I hope.
Missed the Chosen with Shields in the previous update, thank you again @TorgueUser for pointing it out! Hopefully this will be the last one, but I appreciate people keeping their eyes peeled :)
Daaamn, I must have missed something yet again.
Ok, I can understand the reluctance. Thank you for the report again though! When the default mod launcher was updated to the current version it had some issues with load orders, so it might be the one causing it.
Thank you for reporting it in! Even if the issue has been stated before it's useful to have confirmation that it's not a single instance of this occurring. I have had some busy times outside of modding lately but from the testing I've managed to do I haven't been able to recreate the problem on my end, so I'm not sure how many others are experiencing it or what exactly is causing it. That is why I'm currently not sure if removing the officers would do more harm than good for the majority of people using this mod.
What mod launcher are you using, and what is your mod load order amongst the required mods? These might be involved in causing the HP mix up. I use Kaedrin's Mod Manager and my load order from highest to lowest is: 1) This mod, 2) Soul's All Faction Officers Revival, 3) SFO: Grimhammer II.
It took me a while but I've looked through the mods and double checked them, and I can't see anything that might overwrite the health pools to vanilla stats.
Are you using Kaedrin's Mod Manager and double checked the load order? Did you test the stats in Custom Battles? Could there be some other mod active that could revert hp to vanilla values?
Whatever it is, I hope the issue will get fixed!
Thanks for running the tests! It will require me to spend a little more time digging through the mods and Soul's Officers to see where the problem may be.
Thanks for keeping up with the report! Odd that hp goes to vanilla: Have you tried using only these mods? Maybe something else is overwriting it, unless there's an unintended table remaining in my mods (which honestly could happen).
Yup, seems I skipped over that one by mistake. Patch has been uploaded and the issue should now be fixed. Thanks again for reporting in, and do let me know if you come across similar issues with other units!
Thanks for letting me know! I'll check the issue, most likely I accidentally skipped over that unit. If it's as simple as that I should have it patched today. :)
You don't need this one if you use All Faction Officers Revisited - SFO Compatibility Submod. I recommend you just use that one and the mods it requires.
Tested with the Empire uniforms & heraldry mod, no issues with me. I hope you manage to find out the cause of it!
Does sound weird indeed! Maybe I'll try to run Gigiauz's heraldry mod for the Empire alongside this one, see if that might be it. Thanks for being helpful!
Thank you! I tested Custom Battle a few times with all the Empire cavalry units on the field, SFO ones included, and in the first campaign battle with just Reiksguard, but I could not replicate the issue. I would try to uninstall and reinstall the mod in case it wasn't installed properly.
If that doesn't work it may be a mod conflict: Anything other than SFO that alters the combat stats of those units might be behind the problem, though they'd be more likely to remove the officer than the unit. If you're using a reskin mod for those units it could be they're missing the files that contain the models for those units, since the officer model comes from this mod it was spared from the disappearance act. I'd try to reinstall any relevant reskin mods as well, or to verify the game's files if you're not using reskin mods.
I hope the issue is as easy as that! I'll still keep an eye out for it regardless.
