Rapporter et problem med oversettelse
It's been a while since I last modded DOS2, but from my gut, I'd guess the offset data would relate to your starting point value. Perhaps if you start a new game with the value changed you might see the effects.
Regarding the balance between 2 and 3 levels per point, if I recall correctly the data I changed accept decimals, not only integers. You might play around with that and see if you can find a value that fit your needs
I know after 5 years since this mod has been worked on the chance of anyone knowing what it does is low. I just wanted to hope if someone knows. I kinda want to find a balance between 2 and 3 levels per point and hoped this value would help with that.
