For some reason i only get one type of the bridge, and cannot find the others. Maybe i'm doing something wrong. But it's still better then nothing i guess

@davemerch This overpass should be found in the sidewalk section of the terrain adjustment, not the sidewalk section of the road.

XDBX thanks for the lead, that really works nice and the flyover is well liked by the Citzs. Some though are still braving the crosswalk. Heres a screen shot I took out by one of the parks

Well I finally found them, they are located in Landscape under paths. I have no clue as to how to make them work. I raised them using move it, but can't get anything to connect where Pedestrians will use them. Are these just non functional props?
