XDBX thanks for the lead, that really works nice and the flyover is well liked by the Citzs. Some though are still braving the crosswalk. Heres a screen shot I took out by one of the parks

Well I finally found them, they are located in Landscape under paths. I have no clue as to how to make them work. I raised them using move it, but can't get anything to connect where Pedestrians will use them. Are these just non functional props?
