based on your description you aren't loading the mod correctly on the server (wherever you select the mods to load the server).
You can check if the Addon is being loaded in the server .rpt (Search "list of mods" in the .rpt)
1. Do you refer to the Zone Alarm Sound?
2. Yep, that's reported and I will change it in some update. It's something easy but I have been busy with other things ;).
3. Yes it could be done with a script for sure. I recommend you to enter the Discord group if you want to recive help o ask anything more about Arma 3 or the A3U mod (https://discord.gg/Y4AV45w) .

-I couldn't find any way to turn off the loudspeakers (even by going in safe mode), which is kinda bad when your base has been safe for more than 10 minutes and you still hear the raging alarm
-The basic teleporter's interaction is really far away from the objects (is this intended or would it be easy to tweak in scenarios?)
-There's no way for players to use chemicals in a scenario without relying on Zeus... Do you think it would be feasible by adding a "use this throwable as a chemical"? Or is there a way to do that through scripting already?
Anyway, these are really small things and as I said, the mod's already really great. I hope you'll keep updating it! :D
Si el mod aún esta en desarrollo y cuando tengo tiempo voy actualizando las diferentes funcionalidades. Como tu mismo dices algunas como el STC aún no están completas y voy trabajando en ellas sgún el tiempo que tengo y las ganas XD. Seguramente en lo proximo que me centre será en terminar de pulir el STC.
Si quieres preguntarme cualquier cosa de como funciona el mod o que script uso para X o para Y, si no sabes usar un modulo pq aún no los he explicado todos, etc. Puedes unirte a este grupo de discord que he creado, así sera más facil hablar:

Dicho esto, hay algun sitio donde hagas una descripcion de qué cambias en cada version, en qué estas trabajando, un reporte de bugs (aunque esto se que tienes por aqui, pero me refiero un sitio donde pueda ver todo en conjunto)
Te lo digo porque sigo de cerca este mod y como veo que tienes varias cosas en desarrollo no las uso ya que el STC nos dio problemas de que la gente cuando iba en algun vehiculo aereo sobrevivia pero le expulsaba del server, fue quitar los modulos y ya no paso nunca mas, entonces es saber si puedo ir colocando modulos y qué hay nuevo.

Es una versión con solo lo que funciona al 100%. Es decir, sin el STC, DMG y CBRN.
Porque son cosas que cambiare dentro de poco a su versión final.

The combination of letters to get the menu of dynamic groups is the 'U' by default in Arma 3.
The rest of the modules use AddActions.
When I finish the mod (shortly I hope) I will make a more complete video explaining everything the mod has and how it is used, etc.
That interface (that of the 0:40 minute, in which the human body is seen) is characteristic from ACE mod. To activate it: EDEN> Settings> Addon Options> Ace Medical -> Medic Menu (allowed / Activated).

What a great idea to make a script so helicopters don't explode each fucking time when they hit the floor just a bit too hard like in an arcade game.
