avqs43 yes it can be done as career as i once did one and made it as career but i failed to publish the game you just look at the categories and where you find standard you will also find the others

Thank you for your comments AJ. This was only my 3rd published scenario. However, I will consider the route from London to Newcastle. I have London to Peterbporough, but not the route from the south to York. I was not aware that I could add it to the career scenario range and so thank you for the information.

Great scenario ive just finished playing it, however i would have enjoyed it even more and im sure mant others would have too if the scenario had been put into the career section as well as the standard, also you should have started it the scenario from London to newcastle then mewcastle to york just as long scenario split like there are a few others that have already been done like that but not of this route, so if you could do the route from London to newcastle and put both parts in career mode that would be fantastic

Thanks very much for the positive comments, Scouse888. I have only published three scenarios so far and I thought that the ECML would be a good route on which to cut my teeth. (I feel that I know it as well as a real driver now that I've spent so much time on it!) I have 20+ DLC and so I have a good range to pick from. Now that I have received such good reviews I'll have a go at something more challenging on another route, perhaps on the DPS ECML electrified route.

This is my least favorite route, I prefer DP5 (S?), while electrified, instead. So why did I subscribe to this scenario? Well mainly because of the good reviews. To be honest, the creator does make it interesting, with numerous yellow signals to slow you down a bit. Lots of interesting and relevant AI traffic, subject to the comments by pjohnandlyns. Aside from all that, this is a very well made and enjoyable scenario, highly recommend.

Nice steady run (64 bit) no problems. Plenty of AI's to hold the interest. Liked the train descriptions (F6), one stood out though "Hoppers to Hawick" ? The Waverley route closed in "69". And the Deltics were all gone by mid 82.

Roy. Well spotted. I'd like to say that it was a deliberate mistake, but it wasn't. I've added a cryptic piece in the description. Those that read it will be intrigued and hopefully see what I mean when they get there. Thanks for riding the scenario. Glad you enjoyed it. :-)

Great run, loads of A1 and mixed as well, some of the run straight forward then the yellows, brill.
Just one fault the train that was delaying me is in P8, err, thats where I am

Excellent scenario with plenty of challenges chasing the yellows and loads of AI trains. A fitting finale to the series!!

Many thanks for your advice avqs43. I have now done what I should have tried in the first place and deleted the scenario, cleared the ts cache and resubscribed!! It has now loaded with no problem in both 64 and 32bit. It is getting late now so I shall play it tomorrow!

@Phase3 You first have to press shift + W which will activate the Masterkey. You can then operate the controls with the keyboard as usual.

There is definitely something wrong withe the start up sequence - I had to use the task manager twice to get it going - PLUS on the X-Box controller - only the brake worked - nothing on the keyboard worked, A.D,W,S etc. I had to use the mouse on the F4 HUD to control the train, suggesting something is not loasing fully. No other WS scenarios have acted this way.

addendum 2. Chris. I am talking to my friend now and he has managed to get it running in 64 bit no probs. He loaded from the "Standard" menu. Hope this helps.

addendum. Chris. I have just looked at the stats for this run. There are many subscribers already to this one with 8 positive and 2 negative comments. I can only suppose that the scenario is OK. Try what I suggested below and get back to me.

Hi Chris. I'm sorry you are having trouble running the scenario. I have just tried to load from Steam in both 32 and 64 bit. I loaded from both Standard and Workshop, all successfully. Have you tried unsubscribing and reloading? Have you tried downloading another scenario to see if that works? Check out this link. It deals with an inability to get TS to start but some of it may be relevant.

I have a friend who has ECML. I'll ask him to try to run it. If he can then the scenario would appear to be OK. If he can't then it may be the scenario itself. I'll let you know in the next few days whether he can start the scenario or not.

I am unable to play this scenario either in 64bit or 32bit. On loading in 64bit I get an "Access Violation" crash. On loading in 32bit the scenario crashes with the message: "Crash Sender1403.exe - Application Error" I tried twice in 64bit and again in 32bit. I did reduce my graphics settings but had the same result.

Any suggestions would be welcome as I have played the first two scenarios with no problems and would like to finish the series off!
