I've been having a problem with the mod having some kind of conflict with Alpha Animals, the game can't find some kind of patch it keeps looking for.

Adding on to the slightly sarcastic comment from @Djura, bone china has a misspelling in english. The stuffable is incorrectly called "Bine China."

Bone china production at crematorium takes 10 hours for a single batch and the task counts as hauling, anyway to speed that up or make the work type crafting? Other than that I very much like your mod.

Hey, so in the file Items_Resources_Bones.xml, the label for BoneChina is "Bine China." Minor detail, just a heads up for when you do an update next. Love the mod!

It looks like the patch for alpha animals includes a possibly defunct patch for mechanoids and it's erroring when you use the mods together.

Okay unsubbing and resubbing fixed it, had to do a reboot of the game and now it's showing up properly.

Going to have to give this mod another go, I've missed it, however my registry seems to still think that it's still set to 1.4.

Going to unsub and resub and see if that fixes it, I'll leave a comment if it does or doesn't.

Thanks again for all the hard work, @KingSihv . Thanks to your hard work I can now quite literally build my home from the bodies of my enemies while grinding them down to make my feed.

Um, love this mod, but i found a spelling error.

"Bone China" is misspelled to "Bine China" in the game. Oops? Easy typo to make.

This might be a conflict with other mods, but for the butcher rotten they just seem to loop over and over and the corpse stays.

1.5 Update Live. Special thanks to Maelstrom for the port. I've integrated their patches and QoL changes, including a basic butcher rotten, fixes for the thrones, and more visible stuff colors.

I've also integrated the Bone Enchantment retexture, with special thanks to Sauergesicht for making that and giving me permission.

My only fixes were tweaking a few changed fields and cleaning up the on-load red errors. I haven't tested further.

Just tested this mod on a very small mod list. I can butcher entities without any problems.
They even generate bones. All it needs is its version changed to support 1.5, and we're good.

Alright boyo. Alright. We understand, real life has priority.
How do we update this mod for ourselves, beyond changing the versions?
I guess all we need to do is:
1) Change the version number
2) Find the files where the killable / butcherable entity mobs (sightstealers, devourers, etc) are defined, look at the original Bones mod files where bone amount yields are defined, then make patches for those creatures inside the Bone mod's files.
Is that pretty much it?

Some quick questions:
Do you have Anomaly, and have you tried to butcher entities to see if they drop bones, don't drop bones and crash the game, or don't drop bones and give off errors?
Those are the questions we should be asking, and indeed, testing for.

Just asking -- since this is why I wanted the bone mod in the first place -- but will this use desiccated corpses to produce bones?

For anyone looking: this mod will be updated to 1.5, but only AFTER the beta is complete. My IRL circumstances prevent me from focusing on this for the next month or so.

That said, maybe we'll get lucky and it will work with just a version update. You can try, but you do so at your own risk.

Is there a way to change research prerequisites for bone refinery? Bone throne is good for neolithic and medieval times, why do you need modern science for making a throne?
