Does this mode still apply only to positive road buildings? Doesn't the effect of this building apply? ex) Awakened Battlefield(Vampire faction roads), Building that reduces movement.

The roads are per individual territories INSIDE the Providences. Hope that helps you out. Not sure if that is what you meant.

Does this affect the High Elves Aesanar Camp? It seems to be the closest equivalent to a road structure for the High Elves. It's not a road but an anti-road, reducing enemy movement range in the region and increasing the chances of ambush successes

I am not familiar with translation packs but yes. You would have to add this mod's effect to the translation pack for your language in the loc file.

@Heisenberg No, a province is the total landscape including all the separate settlements (regions) within that province.

Altdorf is a City and the region, it is part of the Province of Reikland.
Hope that clears it up for you.

just a noob question. Province is the 3 - 4 bases right that can edict a command? like those 3 -4 each one is province right? then the whole 3-4 is the region? am i right?
