-Fixed a gamebreaking bug introduced by the Atlantis DLC patch.
-Tartarus: Torment: Modifier: Burning bonus massively increased.
-Tartarus: Mastery: Doubled health bonus per mastery point.
-Lich: All Skeletons: Removed constant health loss.
